I had a HORRIBLE experience here today unfortunately:/ The employee named jeenie who was outside the doors today ( 9-17-2020) at 2pm was extremely rude. All I asked her was how long my wait would be as I didn’t have a lot of time and just needed a simple answer and right away she was rude with her little head set saying please wait. I waited then with no further response from her as she was ignoring me, I asked again. She finally stated but in a rude tone that she had to check first then proceeded to tell me to wait on the far left side of the door. She then proceeded to tell me the spew about what we customers need to do before she lets me in due to covid scares and even asked me before doing this if I ever been to sephora after they reopened, I stated yes I have twice since then and knew what was expected of me entering the store. She then kept trying to tell me about the, Don't touch this or that and I kept telling her I already knew to please let me enter. I was on a time limit and she was doing this just to be rude and controlling like she didn’t even want me in the store all because I originally asked how long the wait would be as I was the only one outside the door. When she kept the attitude up and seen I was upset due to her rude behavior, she FINALLY let me in and as I was entering, a guy with a black shirt And black short hair who worked at the independent sales stand right infront of sephora Walked passed me saying “ don’t be rude, she’s just doing her job” when for one, he didn’t even hear the convo on how she was rude from the get go and was purposely ignoring me even though I was the only one outside. All because I said I know about the policies?? Like come on! Then when I explained this to my husband when I left the store because there’s no way I’m shopping there being treated so poorly, that same guy butted in mine and my hubby’s convo raising his voice and being super rude:/ I just don’t understand why a grown man would but into a ladies convo not once, but TWICE when none of it pertained to him:/ they both had such disgusting unprofessional behavior and due to this I will NEVER return and will probably cancel my credit card and be done with sephora...
Read moreI will be completely honest, this is my favorite store. I came in for my regular haul as I have ran out of everything like usual. There were these wipes that I swear by and always get plenty to last. I'm used to getting them by the register but only had minis at register this time. I really don't know where they are other than where I usually get them. I see plenty of sales girls on floor and I'm trying to get help. They either dart off or are grouped together and walk away talkin. When I finally catch up to someone they have like 4 people to help and then walk away from me. Getting frustrated, I'm about to just say f it and go somewhere else. Then my friend stops me and goes wait that lady dressed in regular attire has been following us the whole time "let me get her...". Then after my friend got demanding and got her attention, she showed me where they were after she asked the sales girls that I have been trying to ask. I usually spend alot here and I just grabbed the basics. To check out we go and stand in a long line, which I mean like its not anything new lol. When I finally get to a register, still frustrated and disappointed with service that is not what I am used to here. The young lady behind the counter was so friendly and informative. She was able to help fix my account that apparently was not correct so that I would get my points. So I went ahead and applied for credit card cause well I work retail and know they are supposed to push. Hopefully she gets some kinda credit. Well bad thing is I get approved for a large amount and well now I wish I would have gotten everything I needed. I kinda told her what happened and she let's me grab a couple of things cause line was down and directed me to where I could find product. She was freaking awesome and changed my whole experience. I wish I could remember her name cause its not on reciept but I will remember her face.. She is going to be one reason I return here. I'm just saying that if I would have gotten some type of actual service on salesfloor, it would have been a bigger sale. She deserves...
Read moreI went to the Sephora today to find my wedding perfume. It's the first "fancy" perfume I ever bought myself. The wall was full of all kinds and it was a little overwhelming when you haven't shopped for them before. I was approached by EMILY and told her my wedding is in 3 days and I needed a special perfume because scents are so special and nostalgic. Right away she was not only friendly, but she showed genuine interest and care in finding something perfect for me. She helped me narrow down the type of scent I really liked. I fell in love with forever in love by LoveShackFancy which is apparently all the rage. When I showed her my dress I'm wearing she said she could see how that perfume was the exact vibe of my style and energy. She helped me find the ONLY store in Houston that has it since they were out of stock. She even stuck close by to see if they had it and I was able to order online for pickup. She showed genuine excitement to know I was able to get the one perfume that made my eyes light up. She said to come back and visit so she can see the wedding photos. I have worked retail and customer service for many moons. It's not often you find someone in customer service that makes you feel valid and seen and appreciated. Let's be honest, she didn't even have to stick around that long especially since they were out of stock, but she really went above and beyond to make my day and share in my excitement. I mean, she even tried to help Me figure out where to find a good garment bag! I am NOT a mall Girly but I will 1000% be back to your location just to shop with someone who seems to genuinely enjoy their job and making people feel good. She's an A+ worker. Please let her know that she made my day. That she's doing an amazing job and that her personality is...
