Purchased a hat for Christmas from this store on Black Friday, went back 2 days later to exchange the hat for my husband after I found out I got him the wrong size after telling him what I got him. Tried to exchange the hat for another size that fits him and the so called manager of the store claimed that the hat had been worn and that it had makeup on the rim. It had not been worn by myself or my husband because it's a gift for Christmas. I even had it in a LIDS gift box. The fake manager of the store refuses to let me exchange the hat. Don't buy GIFTS for someone else from this store!!! WARNING!!!! They will not let you exchange for another size and will falsly accuse or claim you've been wearing it. That's so ghetto!
