Tarrytown Floral Designs — Attraction in Town of Greenburgh

I was so disappointed in Tarrytown Floral Designs. I initially reached out to them in February 2023 to make just a bridal bouquet and two corsages for my destination wedding in Sleepy Hollow in October 2023 (we were doing our own arrangements - which turned out stunning). I had sent a number of emails over the months, and we even stopped by in July 2023 to visit and speak to them in person about our order, when we were in town meeting with all our vendors. At their shop, they even printed and showed us our order, so we thought all was well. After I got bridal pictures done in early August, I followed up and sent them pictures and an email explaining what I wanted for my bridal bouquet and two corsages. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. I sent two additional emails, to the email on the card given to us in July, and still no response. We had tried calling a few days before the wedding, with no answer. So I guess we weren't surprised when my husband went in the morning of our wedding to be met with, "What order? When was it placed?" I forwarded them all the emails I had sent to them since our meeting in July. They put together a bouquet and two corsages, that were less than okay and around $200, which was overpriced for what I received. It paled in comparison to the bouquet for my bridals (which was less expensive and so much better), and I had no problem using it to toss at the end of the night, as it was NOTHING special. It was so sad and really upsetting on my wedding day. Bridal flowers are meant to be so special, but these were just disappointing and awful. As an engaged couple, my husband and I were going through the motions of excitement as well as stress to get things done for their dream wedding. We went to Tarrytown Floral Deisgns in Tarrytown NY where we were greeted with a smile, genuineness, and expertise. I had absolutely no clue what type of flowers I wanted nor the colors! John and Nick at Tarrytown used their expertise to help me select the right color scheme to go along with my bridesmaid's dresses.
