Bloomingdale's Outlet — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

Great location until you want help from the Manager Robin. We were purchasing a pair of High end sunglasses and Juan and another Young lady were helping us. They are always wonderful. The store did not have the brand case for the sunglasses so we asked if they would discount them. They asked the manager Robin for approval who became very rude and disrespectful to us. Stated the store does not have the brand cases and we should be happy with the already discounted price. It’s fine to deny the discount but uncalled for to treat customers in the manner she did. The other employees apologized when she walked away as they are all and always wonderful. We walked away from the purchase and purchased the sunglasses in their Upper West side location where they Mysteriously had the brand case and were at a better price. Only gave 2 Stars because the other staff in the location is...

Place is a disaster, employees are horribly lazy, unaware of your needs or dont care..I know it's an outlet and fully expect to search for that special something...but these employees for the most part are awful. Telling me dressing rooms are closed 45 min before closing, then when I know they were full of it, I walked myself over and found out they were wrong Just lazy. Then I had placed my stuff I was buying on one section (hard to find) and they come over to my section and start removing it after I informed them those are my things..response was a rude, well I have to clean....darling the entire place is a disaster start anywhere else...I dont expect much anymore from young people but lazy, rude and dishonest earns...

Damian assisted my girlfriend and I today and was more than kind to help us pick out the perfect pair of sunglasses. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and is able to answer any question that may arise. Honestly, I have never had a store associate be so kind and caring at a retail store before this so kudos so Damian. Overall, large selection of everything from men's to women's to home goods. Also other, it's worth mentioning their selection is not picked through. Very clean and organized look to the store for being an outlet. Highly...
