Art Deco Lofts and Apartments — Attraction in Tulsa

The Art Deco Lofts & Apartments community is such a great place to live. I've been a tenant for almost eighteen months and love the Downtown location. Initially, I had signed my lease sight unseen as a last-minute emergency right before a cross-country move with Tulsa Remote and was so nervous... However, building management made the process seamless, and even provided a walk-through video for me so that I could have a feel for the layout before the movers arrived. The building is well-cared for, as are the tenants; any concerns or maintenance needs are addressed straight away, and the entire Price Family Property team has been such a dream to work with.

The units are well-appointed, and the industrial elements add great character; you'll also find historical details from the Art Deco era throughout the building, too! Neighbors are sociable and warm, and there is secure underground parking for a very reasonable monthly rate. In the future, I'll need to find a larger apartment since I work from home, but am hoping to stay within Price Family Properties because of the great living experience—regardless, when it is time to say goodbye to this unit, it will be bittersweet. Nikki and the entire Price Family team have been so incredible during my past few years at Art Deco. Maintenance is super responsive and friendly, plus it’s always easy to get ahold of someone if you need assistance! There was some construction on the bottom floor (I live right above it on the second floor), but the Price Family did a great job of alerting us when they would be working- and it was mostly while I was at work. If I had been working at home and was bothered by any noise, they provided alternative workspaces for tenants as well!

Super clean facilities, beautiful Art Deco architecture. But—my favorite thing has to be underground parking and security on call 24/7. Safety is a huge priority for me downtown. This is honestly the only way I’d choose to live downtown!

The family that owns the building truly cares about their tenants— which is something I’ve found to be incredibly rare. Thanks for everything, Price Fam!

One of the best places to live hands down. Management is amazing they’re always responsive, and go above and beyond for their tenants. I’m going on my third year living here, and I absolutely love it. It’s within walking distance to mostly everything. They have 24/7 security which is a plus when you live downtown. When my ac went out I texted them immediately and they had it fixed within the hour. Everyone is super friendly, and I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. There were recent renovations to the retail space downstairs and I live on the floor above it. They only did renovations for business hours during the day and even when I was home I rarely heard anything. The family that owns this building goes above and beyond for every single one of their tenants even when it’s outside of the scope of their responsibilities. I love living here, and I highly recommend living here or in any of the price family...
