We felt so uncomfortable due to the employee following us every step we made, pretending to straighten shelves in sync with our interests..(crazy!) then after asking us if we need help with anything 6x in the matter of 3.5 minutes, I explained we will ask if we need anything, just like the first 5 times we said the same thing. When we checked out, this employee made a point to stop us on our way out the door to tell us she recommended we do not come back into the store and to do our shopping online. Russ was very happy to try to help me when he absolutely could have told me simply that he couldn’t since they don’t sell replacement chargers. But he went above and beyond. When he found he really couldn’t help me and I was giving up Russ went to help other customers and Jasmine (who I found out had just started) started a conversation about what was going on. She was very happy, personable, and a pleasure to talk with. When I did start looking at a new product she helped me find one within budget and that I would like. As I was traveling and family suggested I shop here since I forgot my product at home 600+ miles away I was in dire need to find something to suit my needs. Their variety of desensitizing products if very slim when it comes to knowing the product. After returning home I was able to find a product online that was also on the shelf that would have met my needs and expectations. This item was not suggested to me and as I was in a hurry I went with the recommendation. 2 stars for courtesy and polite/friendly staff.
