I scheduled an appointment to return an item today only to be told to wait in line because I was told the appointment was not confirmed. Mind you this is less than a week before Christmas, and with Covid the line was very long. When I asked to talk with a manager, (I believe her name was Samira) her response to me was and I quote, “if I were to go to a doctors office, I would need to confirm my appointment to hold my meeting”, and told me to get back in line. This was a customer service breakdown on so many levels, here’s why: 1. If you read my email I received from Gucci, I was told that a representative would contact ME to confirm. It doesn’t say I need to contact THEM to confirm. It shouldn’t be my responsibility as a customer to confirm an appointment If I don’t receive a call from Gucci. In my opinion that was first ball that was dropped. My assumption is that my appointment was valid since I did not hear otherwise. 2. After explaining this situation to Samira she had the ability to clear this up, and instead she made matters worse by being arrogant and condescending, and telling me to get back in line. Once I finally got into store my return took literally 2 minutes, which means this was a situation that could have easily been resolved with level headed thinking, and instead the the opposite happened with the highest ranking person in the store, where you expect to talk with a person skilled at resolving problems. 3. Third of all, to address the managers response. This isn’t a doctors office! This is a HIGH end luxury brand, where customers are paying a premium for quality products and last, but not least.... quality service! As a business owner this is not even close to a way to treat a customer, especially at a place where customers expect a higher level of service. This experience has tainted my view on Gucci and I will definitely rethink buying from them in the future.

My wife wanted a new Gucci purse. Went to T2 on Wednesday. I will only shop on weekdays. You get such great service. A very polite young lady name Deja came and introduced her self. She was very professional. She gave my wife time and space to really decide which one she loves and not forcing her into anything. Wifey tried out a few bags. Ended up getting a wallet as well. Loved the store. I will diff come back. Thank you. Just bought my wife a second Gucci bag. Our sales rep was excellent. Gave her time and not rushed her. Took out all the bags my wife wanted to try out. I always recommend going on a weekday or make an appointment. Thank you again Gucci of Tysons. The customer service here is always fantastic.

The place is clean full of gucci. Who doesn’t love it?! However, specific to this location, We were waiting in line for half hour and once we walked in I had to wait and ask somebody till finally someone help me. Also if we are waiting in line to get in why they are people with no mask on inside? Does it really matter 15 vs 20 people indoor with no mask on? At least increase your occupancy load and/or ask for mask or check vaccination or covid negative test. Otherwise what is the point of waiting in line for so long?

Not normally one to write online reviews for anything, I feel compelled to share my experience. I am a happy go lucky guy who normally detests unnecessary confrontation. Now I have purchased multiple Gucci sunglasses as I like their fit and framing on my face. I decided to return a pair that I bought on a whim last week (at the Miami Gucci store) and expected a routine return. While driving by this location I had my Gucci sunglasses, the receipt, and the Gucci bag. Initially I thought I had forgotten the case at home (mind you the cases that come with the sunglasses are generic cases with no Gucci branding). I went in to return and the guy there told me they need the case to accept the return. He said nothing looks wrong with the glasses and just to just get the case next time. I went back to the car and to my surprise found the case tucked in my center console as opposed to the glove box where I normally keep my sunglasses. I went back up expecting a quick return. The guy looked downright morose that I came back and started peering over the glasses, reluctantly verbalizing something and trying to faux wipe them, suggesting they look used. (I had wiped them better than when I purchased them and since these were bought as an extra pair I hardly even wore them). Then he said I see a scratch! He then said he'll get his supervisor. The supervisor introduced herself as Anna and was immediately confrontational. She suggested she can't accept the return as they've been used. I said this is how I bought them at the mall and did not wear them outside. She then suddenly suggested that you did not bring the case the first time you came in and the CCTV cameras are watching. I was dumbfounded. Why would someone say that?! What does CCTV cameras being on mean? Was I was being treated as a criminal simply trying to return some sunglasses! I asked her for her full name so I can talk to corporate. She said "I am not telling you my last name" I was totally confounded. A supervisor of a high end store refusing to even say her full name. What kind of shady characters are running this store? In short, this location appears to be run by veritable scammers who not only have no regard for the customer, but appear nauseating on a human level. It was extremely jarring since the Miami Gucci folks were nice. I let corporate know this, and will update this space as and when they get back to me. If Gucci values its own motto mentioned on their website: "principles we uphold and the actions we pursue to treat our world and each other better", I would hope for a...

Horrendous Experience,

I visited this store to exchange a ring for a larger size. On that visit I met a sales person names Jelani (I believe I am spelling this correct). He was very kind when we spoke and assured me the ring would arrive in around 4-7 days.

HOWEVER, after around 7 days I attempted to contact GUCCI support who then attempted to contact this location. But after not hearing anything back, I called again. and again and again and again. I called approximately 6 times over the course of ONE MONTH of not receiving my ring.

Through that time, I was told by customer service that there was nothing the operators on the phone could do because all transactions have to be handled by the location itself since I brought it in to that location. I was assured each time that someone from the Tysons Galleria location would contact me and the only time I was messaged was by my sales person I met who texted me around two times basically explaining why the ring was delayed and that he wasn't sure when the ring would come in.

I messaged him back and to no avail because he never responded to me at that point. Eventually, I had to drive an hour and wait in a line JUST to visit the store and figure out what was going on.

There, I spoke to the supervisor who apologized and basically just gave me my money back. After requesting some sort of compensation I was told GUCCI does not compensate because it is an "Italian brand".

And when I challenged the manager and asked why nobody was able to get back to me, it seemed like he had no idea I even attempted to contact the store!

At the End of the Day, I waited a whole month for an item that did not come, was basically left without a response from both the national GUCCI customer service help line as well as this specific location, and I was forced to go out of my way to visit the store JUST TO GET A RESPONSE!

I would NOT recommend this location or even the GUCCI brand itself to anyone out of fear there may be a need to receive customer support because clearly they lack a well organized and cooperative...

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Gucci location (after I was pleasantly greeted at the door by security). I proceeded to the checkout counter because I had brought in my hobo to inquire about handbag restoration. Two gentleman were assisting customers, so I patiently waited until they were finished. When the first gentleman (I am so upset that I did not get his name) completed his transaction with the customer, he walked right past me without acknowledging my presence (possibly because I had on sweats and a ball cap...which should NOT matter one iota). I politely turned to him and told him that I had a question about handbag restoration. He curtly told me that Gucci does not offer that service since Kering took over the company. I told him that a girlfriend had informed me that Gucci restored a bag for her about 10 years ago. He reiterated that it was probably before Kering purchased Gucci and that I was pretty much out of luck. He told me that the best thing he could tell me was to take it to a leather repair shop to see what they could do (he never even asked to look at the bag). I informed him that the bag was canvas and he said, "Oh yeah, there's nothing that can be done." He then arrogantly walked away. I had a hard time believing this, but left the store. I then went to the Gucci store at City Center in DC and was immediately assisted! The gentleman explained the entire handbag restoration process to me and did not make me feel ignorant for even inquiring about such a service! It truly pains me to even mention this detail, but feel that it is completely relevant in this situation. I am African American and the gentleman at the Gucci store in Tysons II was African American as well. He was very dismissive towards me! The gentleman at the Gucci store in City Center was Caucasian and very accommodating!!! I shared my prior experience with him, he apologized and thanked me for contacting them. Needless to say, I will never patronize the Gucci store at...
