Polaris Slingshot Adventures — Attraction in Virginia Beach

If I could give this business a 0 I would. Tried for 3 days to reach someone on the phone, never got an answer. Went to the business each day, said it was suppose to be open, yet no one was there. This is not good business practice, if you plan on making a living from renting things. Don’t waste your time people.

Your response doesn’t match your business. I spoke to the man that you “rented spaces from for your sling shots” On Monday he told me, you all would be in at 11, even though your site says 10. My husband and I stood there until 11:30, and no one showed up. I went to the store next to you all, and the lady told me she wasn’t sure why you all weren’t open, but she would hear you guys sometimes mid day. We left, and came back around 1, and still no one there. I have proof on my phone where I called over 30 times, If you would like that picture? Very friendly staff, my wife and I rented for 8 hours and had a blast, no hidden cost or fees, had a small issue with the glove compartment not closing,bought it back and figured out I had tried to close it in the lock position which was 100 % on me but the young man that helped me was excellent and courteous! Make sure you check your Slingshot before leaving the store,even tho the staff is great at taking pics before and after,just do a good walk around anyway. The young lady that checked me in on my return was friendly and courteous also,released my deposit immediately after doing her inspection and just a great overall experience, I will end by saying I regretted not getting the manual transmission and opted for the automatic, which was still great but next time I'm going manual, anyway...

Absolutely Horrible!!!! NEVER RENT HERE!!!! We reserved a rental online for our anniversary date. My credit card was charged and I got an email confirming the reservation. The night before our anniversary I received a phone message that our rental was canceled. I called and was told rental was now unavailable. I explained this was part of my anniversary gift and asked if there was anything available for any time for our anniversary. The manager said yes but for a significant upcharge. Manager refused to compensate us with any type of discount for a different rental even though the cancellation was due to no fault of ours.
