BAPE STORE® LOS ANGELES — Attraction in West Hollywood

Stopped by this location yesterday on a Sunday with my gf and upon arrival parking is limited but I got lucky and found a meter spot right in front of the store. Line was a bit long but not to bad they have a security guard guarding the front door letting people in a few at a time but he's cool nice guy. Entered the store within 5-7 minutes and immediately dashed towards the hoodies and sweats also trying to make sure my girl found what she wanted as well. Justin the store associate was a great help assisting me with sizing and allowing me to try on the items I was interested in. Long story short I purchased 2 hoodies for myself a pair of matching sweats and my girl got a crew neck hoodie she liked as well so my total out pocket cost was about $1500 a little pricey but Bape's quality and design of there clothing is pretty dope nothing wrong with treating yourself. This store has terrible customer service I mean you go in there and it's a pretty small store so you expect these workers to ask you if you need help but they never assist you there is literally like 4 or 5 workers standing behind the little counter where the two cash registers are I mean they're overcrowded right there and yeah I've had better customer service at stores like Forever 21 in American Apparel and I mean this is Bape we are talking about here a high designer brand you would expect the customer service to be so good but it's not not to play the race card but I used to go in there thinking because I'm a Mexican that the Bape workers didn't want to help me cuz they thought I didn't have money to afford It but reading these reviews I think the workers are just terrible with anyone of all races Bape Los Angeles should clean house and definitely hire some employees who really love their job and not just stand around and give...

Went today for the antisocial social club colab and their incompetent staff conveniently misplaced my hodded sweatshirt. I stood in line was number 88 in the raffle and when I go to pay they can not locate my sweatshirt. This was for my 13 year old son. Spoke with the manager who stated he couldn't do anything for me. Horrible service and my son was let down. My son and I love their clothing but I was let down today. They made it seem like I was attempting to lie to them. I explained to the manager that as a local law enforcement officer I was not trying to lie and I knew exactly what I was supposed to have in my bag as his sales person had the items in his hand before giving me a number associated with my purchase.
