We stopped in for breakfast before going to the beach. We have a larger family (5 kids, 2 adults) so we would have been easily spending $75-100 for a breakfast, which is fine. There were a couple tables in the place but it certainly was not crowded. The hostess sat us literally on top of another table which had an infant in a car seat right next to me. There were tons of tables open. I don’t mind but I’m sure the parents of the infant don’t want a stranger sitting nearly on top of their baby. It was just awkward. The waitress came and asked for our drink order, I asked for just water for everyone as my kids don’t need to drink soda or any other sugary drinks for breakfast. The waitress said she couldn’t give us water because she was too busy. She said we could have bottled water but she won’t give us cups. It would take her too much time. My jaw dropped. I was like what?!?! I’ve never heard such a thing. I looked at my husband and said why don’t we just go, I don’t want to inconvenience this girl anymore. On the way out I asked the hostess if the owner was there. I wanted to let him know because if I owned the place I would certainly want to know if my staff treated someone like that. She was nice and said he was there but she wouldn’t get him. Needless to say we won’t be back....
Read moreDo not go here. Back in 2021 I went to Wildwood for a weekend vacation. On the 2nd day of our trip, we went on the boardwalk. While I was walking by this restaurant, there was some guy singing to a couple. Which is weird because usually when I go to a restaurant, I don't want music blasting in my ear. And also the couple was in the middle of the boardwalk where anybody could trip over them and get a splinter. I was walking by the restaurant and the guy singing made a waving motion at me. And no, it wasn't a hello wave, it was like a get out of here you don't belong in Wildwood wave. He was basically shooing me. I can't believe he would do that. A singer should not force innocent people to sit in the middle of the boardwalk and mistreat other people. That's not right. I don't want to judge a book by it's cover, but I'm not going to this restaurant at all. Not how they treated me. I hope my friends don't go here and they flip them off or anything. I can see that happening. I hope it doesn't...
Read moreFood was good but terrible service. Waitress mistook my mother's order and had an attitude when we asked for our order. My mother didn't want to waist the food and out of kindness said it was fine but when she took a bite, the english muffin tasted off. When she asked for her original order the waitress said she would charge for both bc of a single bite. The manager was kind enough to remove the waitresses incorrect order however when we got the bill the waitress included an 18% tip in the total price without giving us an option to choose the tip amount, which another employee had confirmed was not their practice. Waitress had an attitude the entire time. Very rude. Even forgot my kid's milk and when I asked for it she was annoyed at that as well, and this was before we got the rest...
