The absolute worst customer service I've ever seen! I walked into this location to return some unwanted items. There were THREE ladies behind the counter griping about the work that they had to do. One was bent out of shape because she had to take care of all of the Amazon returns and the other two were laughing at her...all the while, I'm standing there WAITING to be assisted. Although I spoke when I walked up to the counter, NONE of them acknowledged that I was even there! FINALLY, Annette decided to assist me, but with an unpleasant attitude. It appeared as if she didn't have the necessary skills to do the job pleasantly or effectively. I had the both of the receipts needed for a refund, yet she couldn't locate the items in the computer. I had to slide my credit card a number of times before she could find the items that I had ALREADY provided receipts for. With companies going out of business left and right, one would think that Kohl's would be able to hire some people who understand what QUALITY customer service! THIS was a very unpleasant...
   Read moreKohl's is A well-stocked, well-maintained, store with helpful salespeople. Why did I rated it a one? Because everything is on sale. Wouldn't that be nice if that were true, but everything CAN'T be on sale. Therefore it means that NOTHING is on sale (except for the clearance racks).
I looked carefully through some of the displays, and could find nothing at all, zero, zilch, not one item that wasn't on sale (except for the stuff that was on clearance).
That means Kohl's is not telling us the truth.
The stuff is not on sale, it's being sold at its regular price, because that's what they sell it at. Under Massachusetts consumer protection law chapter 93a, stores are required to establish a regular price for the merchandise before having it on sale. And to have it be on sale it must be marked down from the established regular price at least 10%. This stuff has never had an established regular price.
Don't be fooled.

   Read moreAll your staff members seem wonderful, but Ms. Sally and Mr. Michael truly stand out as exceptionally kind individuals. Ms. Sally went out of her way to assist me in locating an item, and when Mr. Michael overheard the conversation, he immediately stepped in as a backup!
To give some context, I had contacted the store the day before to inquire about the availability of a specific product for pickup. Mr. Michael confirmed it was available and assured me that, upon my arrival, I could ask for him, and he would be happy to assist.
Although I didnât request that the item be held, and due to my hectic schedule, I wasnât able to visit the store until the following day, your team still went above and beyond to help me find the item.
