Walking past this restaurant as we were visiting Hong Kong and to our surprise that every dish and drink we ordered and they served were so delicious and yummy! It reminded me of my childhood memories back in 1980s of how foods supposed to taste in the old days! The beef briskets and tendons were so tender, wonton were delicious, fish balls/cakes and prawn dry noodles were also yummy! The chilli sauce was so good that I told the owner which I haven’t had it for many years and we bought two bottles for brining back home! They were so kind to check the import rules for us before we purchase! Staff were very polite and cheerful! Oh … the mushroom was so tender and delicious. My young adult daughter never likr mushrooms but she was willing to try them but once she had it which she told me she never known mushrooms are that yummy! I said because it is not easy to manage the timing of preparing and cooking...

This time, it only tastes like plain soup with oil - not chicken oil, not chicken broth, simply...
