I would give a 4, but Restaurant Jelenka was so much better with dishes, that it only worth a 3. The food was belowe average, the beer was excellent, the staff was very kind, the atmosphere was good. But giving out average money for a bad dish is not fun if you can get a perfect food for lower price in another restaurant.
