The hotel is on a quiet lane just off the main square, quiet and close to sights. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a kitchen area, would be convenient if staying longer. Luggage can be stored by the reception (also for a small museum). We arrived late around 10pm, no reception any more, but received detailed instruction to get the key from the lock by the door. Would appreciate the info earlier as we informed the hotel beforehand that we would arrive late, and were worried how to get in along the road. ||||Another thing is not about the hotel but with the town. The central of the town is cobble stone all over, though lovely, very difficult to pull the luggage. We had to carry on hand when waking in and out. We loved this romantic room with a view of the castle for our weekend in Cesky Krumlov. The four poster bed and view of the castle were perfect, especially when we could watch the snow in the morning. The kitchenette was an appreciated edition to the room. The location of the hotel was super convenient. We liked being able to drop by to use the WiFi or drop off purchases during the day without any hassle. The museum housed in the same building was fun and had a lot of beautiful stones on display. My one complaint would probably be the size of the bathroom, which I guess is pretty typical for Europe. The sink area did not have enough room for all of my makeup, and the shower was claustrophobic. The beautiful room was more than enough to excuse those...

This was one of the most charming places I have ever had the pleasure to stay at! Above the museum, up quite a few stairs, our apartment was situated. The room was larger than my apartment. A large kitchen area, comfortable living room with plush leather couches, big screen tv, comfortable large bed, loft area, views of the castle, bathroom with huge bathtub, complimentary tea and coffee, cookies. The mini fridge was stocked with goodies that were very affordable, and much appreciated. The decor was classy and tasteful. Check in was easy and quick. Felt welcomed and at home here. Pampered.
