Modern Apartment Charvátova — Hotel in Prague

The visit started with no number on two of the 4 doors in the hallway. |Based on type of floor (supposedly parquet) could not determine if it was clean. Pieces of the floor were broken like individual bamboo links, lamps in the bedroom were broken and the lamp needed to be leaned against the wall. There was only hand soap in the bathroom and guests should have been told to bring their own for a shower. |The small freezer needs defrosting because nothing could not place in it - it was just a large piece of ice.|No door separating bedrooms just a curtain for the lower level. The curtain shown for the upstairs bedroom does not exist - just the hooks.|The toilet seat in the upstairs bedroom was broken. Room 21 did not have a balcony as described online in the pictures. Our sheets was clean and had a large hole in it.||Only four hand towels were provided which were very inadequate to use after taking a shower. When selecting the apartment, an important consideration for us was that there should be a separate room for the child. We immediately closed every advertisement where it was not completely clear that there were two bedrooms with closing doors. This apartment exceeded all our expectations (sarcastic). Our little girl's socks turned pitch black in 3 minutes because the floor is so dirty. The conditions in the apartment are disgusting. If I open the oven, I can smell rotten fish. No cóż, osoba dbająca o "apartament" może powinna zacząć o niego dbać. Płytki w lazience- syf i grzyb, odpływ syf! . W czajniku kamień że w zębach czuć w zębach. Z przesuwnej szafy drzwi oberwane, kinkiet w sypialni wyrwany,. Telewizor że jest a i oczywiście że jest, szkoda że nie ma żadnych działających kanałów !!! A najgorsze jest to że miał być albo taras albo balkon ! Pisałam pytałam czy dostanę pokój + taras okazało się że oczywiście dostanę balkon. Niech będzie balkon. Przyjeżdżam odbieram klucze idę do mieszkania i co ? Mam okna, okno z widokiem na mur z ogródkiem od restauracji na dole! ! Ani balony ani tarasu !!! Tak się oszukuje klientów ! Szkoda. Już pomijam że dostałam kilka mail z zapytaniem czy wiem o której będę odpisałam że ok 12 i wiem że dobra jest od 15 ale odbiorę klucze i po 15 pójdę na mieszkanie. 1ze oczywiście nikogo nie było w biurze mimo godzin pracy biura, 2 na miejscu się okazało że klucze otrzymam dopiero po 15!!!
