Please do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms are in poor condition, smelled like cigarette smoke, sink and doors falling apart, toilet is dirty, when air conditioner comes on it smells like mildew, no shower curtain, toilet leaks all over floor when you flush. The walls and windows do not block sound so you can hear everything late into the night and the call to prayer speaker is right next to the hotel and jolted us out of bed at 5am. The bed and pillows are super hard and uncomfortable. There was open used soap and shampoo on the bathroom counter along with old soap crusted on some metal brackets sticking out of the wall. The shower water does not get hot only lukewarm. And to top it off someone was sweeping loudly outside our room at 6:30am. So we didn’t sleep well and am really surprised how many five star reviews this place has! Also there is a cell phone tower right next to the building for those who are sensitive stay away from the seventh floor you will be right next to it. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money to stay somewhere else. You get what you pay for. On the up side, they do provide a free breakfast...

Update: they reviewed me on airbnb saying i asked for illegal services just to discredit the review, when confronted about it they said i shouldve talked to them instead of airbnb and completely dismissed their false allegation, im filing a complaint with the relevant authorities|__||Absolutely awful experience. The moment I walked in, I regretted booking. The dishes had hair in them—yes, actual hair inside the bowls. The carpets were filthy, stained, and torn in multiple places. The bed frame was broken, with sharp exposed wood under the mattress, and one of the drawers was falling apart. The furniture looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or repaired in decades. The entire room had a strong musty odor, and the sheets looked like they had already been used. The TV was ancient and barely functional, and the overall space felt more like a run-down storage room than a guest room. Even the basic sense of hygiene was completely absent. I honestly felt uncomfortable touching anything. This place should not be in operation—no standards, no cleanliness, no care. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, not even for one night. Do yourself a favor and stay...

Hotel Review: Mixed Experience – Some Highlights, But Needs Improvement

My stay at this hotel was okay overall, but there are several areas that need attention.

The Good: Excellent service – The staff, especially at the reception, were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was great – Rooms were cleaned well and on time. Decent location – Convenient for getting around, though not exceptional.

The Bad: Room issues – The AC only covered half the room, making it uncomfortable. Window gaps – There were noticeable gaps in the windows, allowing outside air (and possibly noise) to enter. Damaged ceramic tiles – Some areas in the hotel had broken ceramics that need repair. Food quality – The dining options were disappointing and need improvement. Swimming pool – Not recommended; it wasn’t clean and could use better maintenance.

Final Thoughts: This hotel has potential with its great service and housekeeping, but maintenance (AC, windows, ceramics) and food quality need serious attention. If these issues are fixed, it could be a much...

My overall experience in Luxor was not as pleasant compared to other cities in Egypt, and this hotel reflects that sentiment—it was my least favorite stay in the country. The hotel itself is old and feels quite worn out. The staff was okay, but nothing particularly noteworthy. The environment outside the hotel was another drawback. Every time we stepped out, we were harassed by horse cart drivers and merchants aggressively trying to sell their services or products. This happened repeatedly over our two-day stay and made it uncomfortable to explore. That said, the hotel’s location is convenient, being close to both Luxor Temple and Karnak Temple. However, the overall experience was disappointing.

Horrible experience the pillows and mattress were stained and very hard and uncomfortable the carpets had holes everywhere , the electric wires were protruding from the walls and looked dangerous, bathroom flooded with water everytime you flush , and worst of all the owner is extremely rude , he promised us a certain check in time and made us wait for two hours and instead of apologising he raised his voice in a very inappropriate way , would not recommend
