Do you know which place is definitely better than Starbucks? Kvarts coffee. This place was recommended to me by a friend, so I thought to myself - well, I like coffee and the likes and I'd love to see how others see me, so let's go to Kvarts. We ordered hot chocolate (with the portrait) and an oats cookie. The hot chocolate came in a quite large cup, a nice quantity of it. And the cookie was very good. Now, I do have to say, make sure you do have some time on your hands if you're visiting Kvarts - if you're first in the line, you're likely to get your drinks after the portrait (so 3-5minutes maybe), but this place does seem to be popular with the tourists, who also want their portraits, so there is a likelihood of someone being in front of you, which then means you wait for them to get their portrait done and their drinks prepped and then it's your turn. I can tell you tho, the experience is worth the wait (basically, I'm just mentioning this, so that you don't arrive when you're in a hurry and then end up spreading grumpiness around the city 😉). This also not the cheapest place where you can get your drinks, but if you're on holiday, you're probably looking for new experiences - and getting a coffee/drink with your portrait is just that - a new and quite...

They no longer offer plant based milk options. This was disappointing as the vast majority of their drinks require milk.

Reply to business: thank you for your response. I am glad to hear that you will be carrying plant-based milks in the future, your staff did not communicate this, but possibly it was a language barrier issue. As it can be difficult for people with allergies and dietary restrictions to know if an establishment can accommodate them, I thought I would make a review informing others that, as per your staff, you do not offer plant based milk options. As you mentioned, I can go elsewhere and I did after leaving your restaurant. I am not angry and never was, but am disappointed by your response. As a business owner you could have responded by saying that currently you have a supply issue, but will have it resolved soon and invited me back. If this was the case, I would have loved to return and try your product and probably updated my review. Instead you decided to respond passive aggressively, and now I feel uncomfortable ever returning to your...

This cafe is a truly unique and special spot that stands out for its personalized touch. Located in the city center, it is surrounded by other attractions and is an attraction in its own right. One of the most delightful aspects of this cafe is the opportunity to get a personalized painted portrait of yourself on your drink. It's an experience that adds a charming and memorable touch to your visit.

The ambiance at KVARTS Cafe is fantastic but small . The artist who creates the portraits is not only talented but also very cute, adding to the overall friendly and welcoming vibe of the place. Despite being a tourist hotspot and often bustling with visitors, the atmosphere remains pleasant. It’s a joy to sip your coffee while watching your portrait come to life on your cup, creating a perfect and unique souvenir.

English is no problem here, making it easy for tourists to enjoy their experience without any language barriers. Overall, KVARTS Cafe offers a one-of-a-kind experience that combines art, coffee, and a vibrant atmosphere, making it a must-visit...

I came here when walking back to my hotel, hoping to enjoy the free face cup painting. But the queue was a mess — not first come, first serve. The cashier said the wait would be about an hour, but people who came after us got served first and very poorly managed. The coffee wasn’t that good either - nothing really special. Quite disappointing overall. Update: As people can see, they replied to my review but still too arrogant to admit that the queue was a mess. I actually confronted the cashier twice about it - three time if I counted my partner 😆. The second time, I specifically asked why a new group who arrived after me got served before me. The cashier’s answer? Apparently, the artist just “used their free time to work.” Very professional system indeed ✌🏾. And yes, I refused — because honestly, who can still smile and accept being treated like that after waiting for an hour? ✌🏾. Bottom line We dont mind waiting if treated fair but this is poor treatment that lacks basic customer respect.

We were excited to visit your café after seeing it recommended as a “must-visit” spot in Tbilisi, but unfortunately, our experience left us feeling disappointed. The coffee wasn’t to our taste, and we also opted to pay extra for the special cup with hand-drawn portraits, which we had seen promoted on your social media as a fun and unique souvenir. While we didn’t expect a perfect likeness, the portraits we received didn’t resemble us at all, nor did they match the standard or style shown online. We ended up paying extra for a cup we don’t want to keep, which was frustrating given our expectations going in. We understand the concept is meant to be lighthearted, but when you're charging extra for a personalized experience, it’s reasonable to expect a certain level of quality. Sadly, this missed the mark for us.
