If you are a southeast asian, you are not welcome on this restaurant. Stay away from this place. TAMARA who was serving us during the time ignoring us and felt discriminated compared with other white people who are present during the time. I tried to ask her to clarify if she intentionally letting us feel unwelcome but she is not willing to listen. She pointed out that she is alome and tired which we will completely understand. However, she is not willing to listen.
You guys are missing a lot of opportunity to make more money. Anyone coming to your restaurant are all paying customer and should be treated the same. We spend the same or much more with other people.
Kindness is part of our culture and wherever we go as much as we can. We are treating people regardless of nationality fairly. Whatever job or level in life you have. This is the worst experience we had so far in Georgia. Some are tolerable, but this one is the WORST.
And look at the respond from the owner. No wonder why you have a very low rating. It's our mistake to be attracted to the live music playing outside and not checking on the reviews online that we normally do. I had 3 beer with 5 to 6% alcohol. We normally drink 8% of alcohol red horse beer. Google it yourself. How can I be drunk on that amount of alcohol. 😅 The waiter and waitress before Tamara are nice, but she is unbelievable. We were quiet and respectful towards waitress and waitresses and other customer's as I personally have respect with service people and understand how tiring their job is.
Instead of owning the responsibility, apologize and look for possible ways to improve your service. Here we go, this is your response.
I have a georgian friend and I have met nice georgian people and chat with them during our tours. But you are the WORST. You just made it WORST. Such a nice country with a very bad restaurant 20 steps from...
Read moreI am giving them two stars and not one, because the live music band is amazing at least when I visited, yes they take to many breaks in between which is not well know between musicians.
After each songs they take like a 20 minutes break.
The manager here is big time lost why?
The staff needs training, as in customer service, our two coffee took like 30 minutes to arrive, and it did arrives only after the waitress passed by to check if we placed an order or not.
Now this could happen anytime and anywhere but what bothers here, the attitude of some of the staff, and the manager who need herself a training course in hospitality and customer experience.
An advice for Al those who are reading the review, this is the first restaurant with live music that you will face while walking, keep going down you will find too many and find your favorite spot.
The coffee...
Read moreI should have read the reviews before I sat down. I ordered an old fashioned to start and it was terrible. It had a weird flavor and I am doubtful it had any alcohol in it as I hadn't eaten anything since last night and on a very empty stomach it did NOT go to my head!! I ordered the pumpkin soup and fruit salad and they were served at the same time! Pumpkin soup doesn't have a strong taste to begin with and this hot and tasteless. The salad had wilted and brown lettuce under the top layer and many pieces of the fig were brown and slimy. The staff was pleasant and when they finally turned the music on it was blasting. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE if you want to avoid stomach issues which is what I had after eating here. Immediately my stomach began to bother me and I rushed back to my room and waited for both ends to get it out of me. DO...
