If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Athens that’s close to tourist attractions, the best restaurants and shops but with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, this is the place. ||||Our apartment was beautifully furnished, very comfortable bed, high ceilings, great silent air conditioning (a must-have to beat the Athens heat) and the most stunning marble bathroom. The kitchen space with a fridge and small stove was also very helpful. The aesthetic of the apartment is modern but with classical European touches. As our particular apartment didn’t have a private balcony, we were given access to a shared balcony on the upper floor - although we never bumped into any other residents.||||The staff are brilliant. Daphne welcomed us like old friends, gave great recommendations for places to eat - and was so kind as to make reservations for us for dinners out. She made herself available via WhatsApp throughout the day to help with whatever is needed. Daphne’s English is superb - making communication very easy. ||||Each morning a lovely snack and drink was placed outside our door, such as warm pastry with feta and fresh pressed orange juice. Cleaners come and go quietly once a day, meaning there’s all the benefits of staff taking care of you but with the enjoyment of peace and privacy. ||||On the corner of the street is a patisserie named ‘Alchemist’ with the best baklava you’ll ever eat. Directly across the road is the acropolis museum and a short walk along the road brings you to a stretch of bustling eateries. A short walk further and you reach the popular shopping district plaka. Parts of Athens can be very noisy, so it’s fortunate to find a place so central but without loud noises keeping you awake all night. Access to and from the apartment is with a pin pad, meaning you can go your seperate ways from your family throughout the day without having to argue over who gets the apartment key. ||||Overall, I cannot recommend the Kinglin highly enough! It’s a luxury apartment with staff who make you feel at home. We will definitely...

As a couple visiting Athens, we were looking for a place that would offer both comfort and convenience, and Kinglin Luxury Living exceeded all our expectations. Read moreFrom pre-arrival to checkout, everything went smoothly without any hitch. The communication from and with Dephane was seamless. The esthetic, facilities, service are all top notch. Oh, did I mention the location? Can’t ask for more whether you are a lover of history, museum, street eats or fine dining. The little things that come with the stay simply put a smile on my face, such as bottle of wine, fruits & snacks, note book, and breakfast boxes!!! The freshly squeezed orange juice & warm feta sesame soft rolls await outside the door in the morning, were so yummy… We enjoyed the outdoor space very much too. A tip for foodies out there, there are two bakeries/patisseries are not to be missed- Alchemist just around the corner and Takis two-and-half blocks away. The range and freshness of Takis are remarkable. There’s a hidden gem restaurant few stores down from Alchemist called To Kati Allo with a small sign says “recommended by Rick Steves”. It’s a place of traditional Greek flare. Went for lunch when the pork just came off roasting pit, it was lip-smackingly good! Another point worth mentioning is that the car rental drop off is literally 4 min away on foot, which is a huge bonus for us after a long 10-day road-trip in Peloponnese. Kinglin made our 3-night stay in Athens lovely...
