Gateway Budapest Centrum — Hotel in Budapest

The host greeted us upon arrival and was very friendly and accommodating. Gabor explained the keys, wifi, door systems etc which was very helpful. The apartment was SPOTLESS and very spacious. There is an iron, hair dryer, microwave, kettle, tea and coffee which was very good! The shower was also pretty good! Its very central to everything in Budapest wether you leave the building to the left or right of the street - everything is a 10-15 minute walk. I think the furthest attraction was the outdoor thermal spa which was around a 30 min walk not bad at all. I cant recommend the apartment enough it was perfect for our stay. Absolutely wonderful find!! The apartment is very modern and well equipped. Set within a beautiful old building full of character. Location is perfect for visiting all of the popular sights. Set on a busy road, but we never heard any traffic, or noise from other residents. The choice of local bars and restaurants are endless. The host was lovely, welcoming and very friendly. All of the above contributed to us spending a fantastic 4 days in this beautiful city, and without a doubt would recommend it to family...

This was a great find. It is a studio apartment with kitchenette. Seemed pretty new considering age of the building. New furnishings, updated bathroom, closets, etc. It is on a busy street and we never heard any traffic. They sent a driver to the airport who was super friendly, and someone different (also a great guy) met us to orient us to the apartment and surrounding area. It was walking distance to parliament, basilica, chain bridge, etc. And wow. So many restaurants. Sorry, forgot...
