I think with this reasonable price for dorm and near BTS and MRT - The staff is very friendly and supportive for customer. When you came to the building reception then you neee to call for phone number or add whatsapp then staff will go down and take you to check in dorm. - You must deposit 100RM for elevator card and locker key ( in case you lost them). When you check out staff will pay back to you. - The toilet will be cleaned everyday If you travel alone and want to save budget, this dorm is recommend

I called the hotel to leave my luggage. But, the worker said, i can’t leave my luggage before check in time. Actually, i dispointed because the other cheaper hotel dorm can provide more better service than this hotel. Maybe a policy. Also, the worker can’t speak malay at all..This is hotel...
