The Platinum Suites 2 KL by HOLMA — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

Great experience, great view and great customer service.

What a great experience we had. I had 2 rooms, a superior twin for 4 nights and a 1 bedroom deluxe for 1 night. The superior twin was a large spacious room with 2 queen beds and more than enough space to be comfortable. The 1 bedroom deluxe is huge and has a separate bedroom, which is very comfortable. It also has a separate lounge, dining and kitchen area, including a washing machine. I would definitely recommend this room, especially for a longer stay.The separate bedroom had direct views of the menara tower. However, this is nothing compared to the views on the 51st floor. The views and pool overlooks the petronas towers with an incredible view of the city skyline at day and and at night. It's definitely worth the visit for this alone. The pool is huge so there is enough room for you to enjoy yourself and take amazing photos.

I was concerned about the reviews around the lifts and the waiting time but we never experienced any inconvenience. The only issue is on a saturday evening and around sunset time when the lifts are busier than usual because everyone goes to the rooftop pool. Considering the view it's worth the 1 minute wait.

The only issue we had was with the air con leaking. We spoke with reception who quickly sent the technician, he attempted to fix it but it continued to leak and when we spoke to reception again they were very applogetic and quickly offered us another room. This was great service from reception and what we had come to expect throughout our stay. They sent me a what's app message before I arrived so that was the easiest communication method.

In building 1 you can go to deepblue which is a bar on the 51st floor overlooking the towers and is a beautiful spacious club feel. We had cocktails and beers but the cocktail experience was definitely worth it.

All in all an excellet stay and experience.  When we come to KL again we will definitely stay here without...

My Taiwanese friends stayed here for a week recently and when I was told they stayed at this area, my first thoughts is:- my gosh, it's gonna be jam, jam and jam every minutes going in and out of this area but I was completely wrong. Traffic is smooth all day long, conveniently walking distance to KLCC and others shopping complexes. There are quite a numbers of restaurants around the corner as well a convenience shops. The reception staffs and check in officers conducted a very professional services as my guests arrived at the hotel at 2am in the morning. All the staffs attended politely and speed up the check in processes to ensure my guests could have an earlier rest. Compliments for all their professionalism attitudes and hard work. Every room were provided with a complimentary parking space, security facilities is tip top, guards are everywhere, helpful staffs and security guards. The room is spacious, clean, tidy, well kept with most basic facilities and toiletries available. It's more like a home stay concept or a private apartment facilities. My guests were very happy to have stayed at this property. Again, my guests checking out at odds hours to catch a flight back to Taiwan were made easier by the staffs and arrangements for transport was arranged without any hassle and the rates is considered very reasonable especially leaving for airport at 5.30am. Will definitely recommend this place to my foreign friends whom wanted to explore Kuala Lumpur. Bad service (the receptionist (work on 20Jan around 1-2pm) is so rude, her attitude is so bad. Not helpful. When I come and she’s on her phone, she looked at me and said “HOLD”, just only one word “HOLD”. I am so upset because that is not the way the reception talk with customers . And then she kept talking. Then I asked maybe they can keep luggages for us and then we would come back at 3 to check in, (factually , almost the hotel I was keeping our luggage when we check in early) but she didn’t. She said not any space left .The terrible thing here is her attitude and the way she talk is not suitable to stand at the reception. We booked 3 rooms, but when we get in the room, one of them still not clean. (I added some pics below the room when I check in) The air conditioner in the room B 20-5 was not cold until we ask someone come and check. There is no safe box in the room. The security on the pool on 25 Jan (around 12pm) is even more rude. He used his baton to show my face with very angry attitude because I forgot to scan the card to get in the pool. His attitude is worst. Then I scan the card, get inside, but he look at me with the angry eyes. I feel that, my holiday in this hotel is totally down.
