DO NOT STAY HERE. Room was nice, however the kettle, hair dryer and tv did not work and the mugs were still dirty with lipstick marks all over them.

We notified staff of the tv not working and they told me someone would be up shortly but no one was. I went back down to ask again and this time someone came with me and he wasn’t able to fix the tv. He told me that they would text us and that someone else would be up to fix the tv, however once again nobody showed. I eventually gave up and thought it wasn’t worth the effort especially considering the wait time to take the lift down to talk to them.

Additionally, we were quite excited to use the pool on the rooftop, however when we arrived to go for a swim, my girlfriend was told she wasn’t allowed to take off her clothes which covered her bikini as she wasn’t allowed to wear that into the pool. To clarify, this was not a thong bikini or revealing bikini, but your average bikini which all girls wear. We found this very offensive and upon talking to the security guard about this issue and trying to understand what the problem was I asked if there was somewhere we could buy a more appropriate swimwear for my girlfriend however we were told there was not. My girlfriend was understandably very upset and at this point just wanted to leave out of shear embarrassment as this took place infront of numerous other guests. We were very offended as nobody should be treated this way and told what they can and can’t wear.

Our 4-night stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, things went wrong: no signage anywhere, making it almost impossible to find the reception. When we finally did, we were handed a key with the bare minimum of information — just the block and apartment number. No clear directions on how to get there, no explanation about where the pool or gym was. Basically: “figure it out yourself.”

When we got to the apartment, there was a persistent bad smell coming from the bathroom. On top of that, there was no hot water during our entire stay — yes, no hot showers for four days. The air conditioning didn’t work, and neither did the fan. I went to the reception several times a day to report it, and all I was told was: “Stay in your room, someone will come.” No one ever did. They clearly didn’t care, and I wasted hours waiting for help that never came.

Housekeeping never showed up once. Trash wasn’t emptied, coffee pods weren’t replaced, nothing. And despite all these issues, we were still charged €10 for checking in three hours early — outrageous, considering they couldn’t even provide basic services.

This place is a joke. No organization, no customer care, no follow-up. It’s obvious they don’t care about their guests. I strongly advise you to stay away — this hotel is a waste of time,...

Our overall experience was 2.5 out of 5. We were only able to check in at midnight, but it was very difficult to find the reception area. There was no one to ask for help because of the language barrier. We waited for an hour for the caretaker who would give us the room key.

We booked two rooms. When we entered the first room, everything was good — it was clean and looked nice. But when we got to the second room, that’s where the problems started. The electricity kept going out because something was being pressed incorrectly. We had to go down to the reception several times to complain about the electricity issue. It took around two hours before we were transferred to a different room, which was the only solution offered.

Also, each room only had one key card. It would be better if they could provide additional key cards, especially since one room was for 4 people. Overall, the location was good — it’s close to restaurants serving local food, which we...
