Wouldn't stay here again. The apartment was a decent size and fairly close to the sights, but that's about it. The check in and check out process is ridiculous where you have to deal with staff with no manners whatsoever - taking calls to others whilst in the middle of talking to you. There are nowhere near enough lifts to deal with the volume of residents and you spend half your holiday waiting on one. The pool does not have enough loungers and you can only rent a pool towel if you book through FACE suites? We were told this by a very rude employee who basically looked down at us. This was only made worse by the fact that you are only provided with one towel in your apartment - no face cloth, no hand towel, and no pool towel. There is also construction going on right beside the pool which blocks the picturesque view of the Petronas Towers. Read moreI have bad experiancs with your room..i book platinium executive suite..look nice..but when we arrive from long journey we hope we can enjoy the trip by staying at VH but unfortunately out of 4,3 aircond is not functioning ..no fan...tv out..wifi out..your staff have tried to fix untill 7 pm..but nothing happen..we request for changing house or studio but non all avaiable..so after the problem cant be fix either we need to stay without aircond or ask for refund..definitely we choose for refund..as their assistant had called thier manager n agree to refund but as usual it will be long process...can you imagimh 7pm need to find other hotel..definitely price will shoot up..i book from agoda, need to cancel by agoda n agoda need to get comfirmation from VH managemnt but no feedback..no one from VH called me for apologies from what happen..so please expedite my refund process...for other people out there dont be fool.with this nice pic..kindly also view comment in google also..poor...
Read moreHorrible check in. We took our precaution, reading other comments here about this issue, writing to them in advance, paying deposit in advance. Nobody told us how to check in before 3:30pm the day of arrival, I exchanged with 3 people via email or WhatsApp, they don't communicate and always tell you to wait. Once you know how to check in, you have to wait for the keys (not until 4pm). That made me laugh as they take 30RM if you have a late check out. Nobody to say sorry or anything.
The appartement was not taken care of, black spots everywhere. Mold on the ceiling in the shower, water leaking continuously. Water takes forever to heat. Water leaks from the bathtub, emptying while you take your bath.
Absolutely no service or small things like bottle of water.
WiFi is bad.
Lot of rules but they seem to have a higher opinion of themselves as they don't apply any to themselves.
The only thing good there is the swimming pool, but you can book in another...
