First thing to note is that the apartments are within Face Hotel but under separate management (Vale Pine). Concierge aren't helpful as you aren't staying with the hotel. Check in is at the lobby, we arrived well after check in time and my cousin was told her 3-bed apartment wasn't yet ready. You have to pay a deposit (either cash or card) on check-in.||||We had 2-bed apartment 16-02 and my cousin had the 3-bed apartment 20-03. Apartment 20-03 had a single extra bed with BROKEN wooden slats and a door handle fell off. There was also damp on the walls due to what must be a leaking A/C unit. The ladies who we had contact numbers for were mostly attentive but when told about this issue and that the room is not fit for people to stay in, they didn't really seem like they would do anything about it. ||||The infinity pool has a great view (better once construction cranes are out of the way). However, as you aren't staying with the hotel you can't get pool towels as you need an extra card for this. In a large group, your access card allows 4 people through the door to the pool. At busy times they regulate this. ||||The lift requires a card to access the guest floors. We were staying across different floors and after the first day we couldn't access floors other than our own floor. We ended up having to go up and down the 4 floors via stairs which wasn't convenient. The lift takes FOREVER to come and then usually was full so you have to wait for another one. In busy times there will be a 15 minute queue in the lobby to get into the lift. ||||In the apartment there is a washing machine but no washing power or drying rack. There are no extra towels for the floor, wiping dishes or hand towels. I requested more toilet paper which wasn't brought to the room. There is a supermarket 10 mins away in the lower floor of Quill City Mall. ||||I arranged with one of the ladies to get my deposit back at 9pm on the evening before we left. She didn't come and when I called up the other lady said to call in the morning before I left which would have been 6am. After some discussion with my cousin she agreed to come that evening and returned the cash deposit. ||||I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Convenient location but there are many other...

Read moreOne of the finest of suites in the heart of KL. The rooms were on sale, due to the easing of MCO, so packs are gathering here. Main attraction is the Infinity Pool but unfortunately the view from the pool to KLCC is now blocked by a building in construction. But hey, you still have a clear view from the pool to KL Tower. Still, the Infinity Pool is an Instagrammable location nonetheless. Parking is sufficient, can't comment on breakfast since I didn't opt for one. Lots of attractions and foodies spots around the venue. If you want to go to those attractions, I suggest that you take a cab or Grab instead. Just don't drive on your own if you're not familiar with the area since parkings are scarce but traffic jams are aplenty. The pool is limited to an hour per session, please bring your keycard since that is your only means of getting in. Wear your mask, sanitize frequently and be safe. Overall, was a splendid vacation....
