One of the worst experiences staying here. On my inquiry i was informed that rooms were available, on arrival found that the painting work was going on with strong paint smell in the property. Leaving no choice to select the room.( Though they were marketing their MANSON OFFER ) One of the staff apologized and informed that he will upgrade the room at the same cost and provide a better room. i stayed hoping that we got a better room but found that the room was upgraded but couldn't use the AC. Had to pay 500 extra to get a AC remote. Rooms do not have a proper TV connection, basic toiletries were missing , we had to ask for a bucket personally as there were no jets available. The shower is not well maintained( leaking everywhere) , toilet seats were broken, it was the worst bathroom of all. Later had to ask for multiplug to run the TV and found the TV was malfunctioning. After staying for a few hours found 🪳 running around. The blanket cover was old with a broken chain. Next morning there was no water on the tap , so I had to call 5 times to get it fixed. And staff are not professional at all, they didn't even check the room before handing the keys and when shared about the issue, simply informed he was not on that shift and didn't know anything.
The branding and everything was good but if you can't provide the service and meet the expectations it won't do any good. Hope you guys will improve and other guests don't have to have the same...
Read moreI stayed here for a couple of nights during the first leg of my trip. You might not find the hotel easily, as it is located in an alley leading into one of the streets. But it is located in a very convenient location, making it easy to get around on foot. It's very close to Durbar Square. The staff were very friendly and attentive. However, one of the staff seemed to have a cold and would cough without covering his mouth. The hot water in my room didn't work. Luckily, I came during monsoon season when the nights were slightly hot so it didn't feel so cold. Other than that, everything was okay and I had a...
Read moreI booked two night for my first stay in Nepal. Located near central Thamel and many tourist attractions and restaurants are easily accessible. The front of the hotel is located in an alley lining one of the major streets (Gangalal Marg).||I stayed in the middle of monsoon season but it wasn't so hot and muggy that I needed the AC. The fan was enough to keep me comfortable. Breakfast is offered for a different charge. The staff were very informative and give you suggestions on where to go or where to eat.||The only concern was that the hot water and the TV remote...
