Traveler's Holiday Inn — Hotel in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

I booked a 2-night stay but had to stay only 1 night. Can tolerate hotel rooms that are not that clean. But NOT this one. The room was very dusty that even the remote controls are very dirty. The single seater sofa was pushed against the wall because the arm rest is detached from the sofa itself. The toilet bowl is stained (yellow) that I thought the toilet was not flushed when I arrived. I flushed it again and it was actually a stain in the toilet bowl which was not properly cleaned. Tiles are broken in the toilet. No dresser.||On the positive side, the staff in fairness was very courteous and offered to move but I felt it was all the same. They adjusted my booking and cut it short to 1 night without any charges. The bed was actually comfortable. Breakfast included in the rate - basic toast with scrambled eggs, butter, jam, and coffee.||I could not recommend the hotel unless they take...

There are a lot of budget hotels in Kathmandu. But finding the one that suits you best could be a real hassle. I didn’t have the chance to look at a lot of options, but among the few that I saw, I liked this one for the price they are providing. The rooms are clean and cozy and not much ambient disturbances considering the fact that it’s located right at the heart of the city. I stayed here for 4 days. The service was excellent. The crew members were very friendly and hospitable and always ready to help. The food and accommodation are pretty standard for a budget hotel, so I decided to give it a try.
