Hotel Snow Leopard Pokhara — Hotel in Pokhara

They do not honour reservations. We made a reservation through an agency and when we got to the hotel, they said we didn't have any. So when we called our agent, the people who run the hotel said our agent talked to their brother who was not there and the hotel is all booked and yada yada. I don't understand how they fail to communicate reservations among themselves. I guess they only want money and not customer satisfaction. I would recommend any other hotel than this one. We came to pokhara on a night bus and walked to the hotel tired but when they pulled this stunt, we were so furious we left without a word. Utter...

I was in this hotel in May with some friends. It's very good place, with all the accommodation you need and everybody there will be help you for what you need ! The room is very clean, you can let your baggage there if you go Trek, it's realy like family ! The price it's very correct and all the personal work is perfect ! Everybody smyle ! Go there !
