Hotel Sublime, Nepal — Hotel in Pokhara

We stayed at this hotel for five nights and it was a very nice stay. HOWEVER, I asked the woman at reception to book bus a TOURIST bus with AIR CONDITIONING to Kathmandu today.||She said of course and that the bus had both. The bus departure time on the ticket said 7:30pm. When we got to the bus station we were told the bus wasnt until 8:30pm so we were sitting there for an hour waiting for the bus.||Not only was the bus time wrong on the ticket, but this was NOT a tourist bus, it was a local bus and had NO air conditioning in 35 degree heat...the two things I specifically asked for and asked her to confirm twice that the bus had this.||To say I am angry is an understatement. A 9 hour local bus, no air con so it is extremely uncomfortable, the driver is rude and will not tell us where the bus stops in Kathmandu. All we know is that is is NOT Thamel. I am very disappointed in the staffs capabilities. All she had to do was book us the right bus! ||On a separate occasion we asked the lady behind reception how much the boat should be over to the Pagoda hike. She said we couldn't go that way...which was a complete lie because we did, and everyone goes that way.||All of this has left me with a very bad impression of what was once a pleasant stay.||The staff simply...

One of the best and resonable Hotel in Pokhara, great Hospitality, good service and food too. Staff is very helpful and co-operative, i met With the M. D. Also, he is a very nice personality with helpful ethics, he help us to swipe our card for exchange Currency, much appericiated with him. All of the staff is very polite friendly and helpful. Mr. Sunil is very co-operative with positive thinking, Only one suggession that, hotel should provide complimentary Mineral Water during stay. Overall a great and memorable stay, keep it up guys. The hotel has a great location, very near to the lakeside and the main street is about 3min walk. The service wasn't great as we didn't have water 2 of the mornings and neither hot water after it. They didn't explain us anything just that we would have hot water in 10min which it wasn't the case. We also asked for laundry and they gave us a price/kg but after washing they charged us double price of what they said. The last day there was a celebration from a group and there was music at 4am... The room was good for the price expecting...
