Hotel Royal Image — Hotel in Pokhara

I reached Hotel Royal Image, Pokhara through reference and with help of google application . The owner/ Managing Director of Hotel Royal Image Pvt Ltd was available at the time of our arrival. We were welcome by MD, Manager and staff of the hotel usually with coffee. I stayed for four nights and receptionist was very cordial and helpful. Hotel has its own Restaurant and food was healthy and found Resataurant Manager ( I would call) Ms Sushila was looking after food service very well. She was very prompt in serving food or coffee in room. I wish Ms Sushila better future and career . Hotel has very good ambience. I would love to visit again in the same Hotel in future. The hotel I stayed at was like a nightmare. The floors were dusty and dirty, and the mirrors were so old. The bedsheet looked used, covered in stains and dust from the last person. The furniture was all broken and barely working.|But that's not the worst part! There was even a dirty PAD cover lying carelessly on the stairs. It shows how they don't care about cleaning. The audacity of this establishment to claim it offers 'service' is an insult. There was no service, no care, and certainly no decency. The unchanged bedsheet was an outright slap in the face to any guest expecting basic cleanliness. It's not a hotel; it's a terrible place that doesn't care about guests. Don't go there;...

A beautiful stay it was comfortable and reasonable on the aspect of price. The first thing ever needed on hotels are hospitality and this was great here the staff's were friendly they provided us the exact service needed. Moreover the place was very comfortable and this was close the lakeside in holara which means it made us pretty easy to visit lakeside and every services externally needed like cycling or hiring bikes were available nearly which made us not to go very far💙 and that was good because we didn't had to keep on searching for places and we saved our time So if you're looking for reasonable and comfortable hotels around lakeside in pokhara why not give them a chance...
