We stayed in 3 different rooms on 3 different occasions. Rooms totally vary. Which has the plus of being they are unique but hard to give it a standardised review. + They are friendly and helpful + Great location but it is up a hill and on a dodgy street (especially at night) + If you are on a tour they will do breakfast to go. - Breakfast is nothing great. - Varied rooms make pricing and contents a bit odd. - Wi-fi is terrible to non existent. You can’t send a video to a friend and in some rooms it just doesn’t work. Plenty of places in Cusco have Wi-fi so odd why this doesn’t. Would stay again considering we were pretty much out and about all day but if we wanted to come back somewhere and relax at the hotel we would stay elsewhere.

This hostal provided a great location for exploring Cusco. We spent three nights here and enjoyed the views and accommodations. The staff was helpful and polite with our broken Spanish. Breakfast was filling and the cook always greeted us with a big Buenos Dias. Rooms were ample and had a safe. We were able to store our extra luggage as well while we took our trip to Machu Picchu. There is a free airport pickup up which was helpful as well. Our driver, Rosa, took her time to go over our plans, make suggestions, and fill in some of the blanks we weren't even aware of. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Hostal Corihuasi is a true gem and an ideal place to stay in Cusco. We spent a total of 5 nights here and were thoroughly impressed. The staff and owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting us in organizing excursions and transportation to sites outside the city. The hostal is comfortable, set in a beautifully restored colonial house with charming local cultural touches. The breakfast is excellent, and the location is perfect—just a few minutes' walk to the main square, with stunning views over the city.

We checked in at night after a tour and we were very cold and tired from the uphill walk to the hotel. The staff quickly offered us cups of warm coca tea before processing the check-in procedures so our mood quickly improved upon interacting with the people in the hotel. Our room was spacious and warm which further improved our mood since our previous hotel in Cusco had cold rooms. The views from the rooms and the dining area were great especially at night since this hotel is located higher up than the plaza. Having coffee and tea available at all hours was also a plus since we were able to warm ourselves up after coming from the outside.

The breakfast was great, especially the eggs. The hotel was also close to a laundry service (if not availing of the in-house laundry), within walking distance to the Plaza de Armas with cafes and minimarts along the way, and also very close to Sachayhuaman and the Cristo Blanco view spots. We enjoyed our stay here and our regret was not being able to book a room here on our first...

My stay at this hotel was disappointing due to one major issue: the behavior of one staff member at the front desk. While the lady and younger gentleman were welcoming and professional, the older man was incredibly rude and unaccommodating.

We booked a family room for three men for 4 nights, yet were provided only one small bag of shampoo and a single roll of toilet paper for the entire stay. When we ran out of these basic essentials and requested more, he claimed that guests are only entitled to one set for their entire trip, which is absolutely absurd. He even insisted we would need to pay for additional shampoo and toilet paper—something I’ve never experienced in any hotel before.

After a lengthy argument at midnight, he reluctantly gave us the supplies but continued making inappropriate and nonsensical remarks. The experience was...
