During my recent trip to Cusco, I had the pleasure of visiting Qucharitas, a charming restaurant, ice-cream shop that left a lasting impression. From the moment I walked in, the cozy and inviting atmosphere set the stage for a delightful culinary experience.
I started with a natural juice that was not only refreshing but also impressively large, easily close to a liter. It was the perfect thirst-quencher after exploring the vibrant streets of Cusco. For my meal, I opted for a vegan sweet crepe, which turned out to be enormous and absolutely delicious ( with mango, pineapple and strawberry) . The combination of fresh ingredients and the perfect texture made it a standout dish.
My friend decided to indulge in a lava cake with coca ice cream, and it was hands down the best we've ever tasted.. (was the first time ne when we try coca ice-cream mmmmm delicious). The rich, gooey cake paired with the unique flavor of coca ice cream was a match made in heaven. In addition, we ordered a tortilla filled with cheese, tomatoes, and mushrooms, which came with a side of crispy fries and a variety of sauces. The sauces, especially the olive paste, were exceptional and added an extra layer of flavor to the meal.
Overall, Qucharitas is a must-visit if you find yourself in Cusco. The generous portions, high-quality ingredients, and innovative flavors make it a standout choice for anyone looking to enjoy a...

I recently visited Qucharitas and was thoroughly disappointed with both the service and the quality of the product. I had been there earlier this week with some friends and was excited to go back since we had liked the ice cream the first time. During my second visit, I ordered a almost 17-sole ice cream and received barely a single scoop—a huge contrast to my previous experience earlier that week, where the same order was substantially more generous. Photographs from both visits clearly illustrate this inconsistency. Seeking clarification, I politely asked with the waiter about the noticeable difference. His response was both unprofessional and unsettling: "We have specific measurements we have to follow. Maybe last time my coworkers gave you more because they thought you were pretty, but I don't do that. I didn't see you when making the ice cream, so I am not going to give you anything extra." He further commented that his coworkers might "see a pretty girl and go beyond what is established." This interaction was not only inappropriate but also highlighted a significant inconsistency in portion sizes. Both my male friend and I experienced this discrepancy, suggesting a broader issue with the establishment's service standards. I hope Qucharitas addresses these concerns to ensure future customers receive consistent and...
Read moreI came in because I fancied a crepe. They have lots of options on the menu, especially for ice creams. A lovely girl originally served me and I ordered a Nutella crepe and a soy latte. They gave me a mandala to colour while I waited, which I thought was a great touch. The crepe itself was very good — a great size, filling, and a good Nutella/banana ratio.
Unfortunately, the coffee wasn’t great. I let the staff know I wouldn’t be drinking it, as I personally didn’t think it was up to standard. After that, three different people came over to ask me again what was wrong, and one man in particular was quite patronising in his attitude, which I didn’t appreciate. When the bill came, the latte was still on there even though I hadn’t touched it. I paid it anyway, as I understand I ordered it, but it would’ve been nice to feel a bit more understood rather than uncomfortable.
After I mentioned the coffee, the service noticeably changed for the worse — they avoided me even when I asked twice to pay with card.
Overall, the crepe was genuinely great, but sadly the experience was let down by how the coffee situation...
