OJO CON EL DOCUMENTO QUE HACEN FIRMAR!! La experiencia del Inka Trail fue muy recomendable, la Guia Noemi, seguramente la mejor guia con la que pudimos hacer el camino, muy cualificada, profesional, gran conocedora, empática, adaptándose a los participantes, amante de su trabajo y de su región, y gran persona. Fernando el cocinero y los porteadores chapeau!! INCREIBLE!! Cocinar asi en medio de la nada, y con esos medios, deberían daros las 3 estrellas michelin YA!! Una gastronomia única e incomparable, gracias por mostrarnos la joya que es la cocina peruana!!

LA RAZÓN POR LA QUE VALORO TAN BAJO, es por el documento que la empresa hace firmar el día previo a la salida, y que de haberlo sabido con anterioridad, hubiera rechazado a firmar, y hubiera buscado otra empresa mas seria en este sentido. El haber adelantado 200 $ y el tener ya planificado todo el viaje con anterioridad, me obligo a tener que firmarlo, y por suerte todo salio estupendo, pero si hubieramos tenido cualquier percance o accidente, cualquiera del grupo de gente que hicimos el camino, entonces,AMIGO, nos hubieramos visto tirados en medio de la montaña sin ayuda alguna. No tiene seguro alguno para los participantes, cosa que me parece diabólica, es decir, llevas a gente a una actividad que tiene riesgo, incluso de muerte, pero te desentiendes de lo que les pueda pasar, si lo repito, NINGÚN SEGURO MÉDICO, NI DE RESPONSABILIDAD CIVIL. Eso es algo que en Europa, NorteAmérica, Australia y otros muchos lugares es Inconcebible y por ley es obligatorio. Me juraban y perjuraban que en Perú no, cosa que no termino de creerme, pero me parece que ESTAS VENDIDO SI PASA ALGO.

El documento que te hacen firmar dice textualmente: En caso de que tengas un accidente o percance, cualquiera que fuere, los trabajadores de Inka Trail Backpacker, porteadores, cocinero, guia, asi como empleados y dueños no se hacen responsables, y BAJO NINGÚN CONCEPTO, TÚ, TUS HIJOS, PADRES O FAMILIARES, ASÍ COMO HEREDEROS, PODRÁN INTERPONER CUALQUIER DENUNCIA ANTE LA LEY CONTRA ELLOS!!

Puedo comprender que si el accidente es debido a una negligencia tuya, no tengan responsabilidad, por ejemplo, si tocas un tendido electrico señalizado con peligro, pero si la negligencia podía deberse a la empresa, ellos se desentendían. Me aseguraban que lo de que ibamos sin seguro nos lo habian informado previamente, pero yo no he sido capaz de encontrarlo en ningún email o documento de su Web.

CUIDADO CON LA LETRA PEQUEÑA QUE ES TERRIBLE!! Les dije de cambiar el texto, que me parecia hasta ilegal que tu no pudieras ir libremente ante la Justicia y poner una demanda en cualquier juzgado, que eso es un derecho fundamental, y me pusieron pegas, malas caras y malas maneras, en concreto el que supuestamente era el representante de la empresa, un tal Juanjo creo, con gafas, que fue muy maleducado y desagradable al trato, y prepararon un documento que decía lo mismo o peor incluso si cabe, UN DESPROPOSITO.

Conclusión: Pedirles por adelantado, antes de hacer cualquier desembolso de dinero, el documento que se va a firmar a posteriori para no llevaros sorpresas, exigir un seguro en caso de accidente, y si se niegan, os recomiendo encarecidamente que busqueís otra empresa mas seria y competente en este sentido, porque vuestra salud y vida para ellos no tiene valor alguno, RESPONSABILIDAD CERO.

Me parece una pena que el increible trabajo de la guia, cocinero y porteadores, se vea empañado por la nefasta gestión del discapacitado del representante de la empresa, para resolver cualquier problema y de los dueños, que se lucran, pero sin responsabilidad alguna, ni seguro.

En mi opinión, No puedes eximirte de cualquier responsabilidad si ofreces y organizas una actividad de riesgo, ESO SE LLAMA SER UN IRRESPONSABLE, ni hacer firmar un documento que no puedes denunciar a alguien ante la justicia, ESO ES HACER ALGO ILEGAL, así es que pensaroslo dos veces antes de contratar con ellos, por lo que...

We have made a very bad experience with this agency. Because I was sick I had to stay home, which we communicated well ahead of time (including the change of contact number, meeting point etc.) and all seemed fine. Then my wife had to wait in the dark by herself for 40 minutes and when they finally contacted us it was on my phone number instead of hers (which I had sent them several times). They finally contacted her and picked her up with an immensely full bus and after a few minutes of driving told her she had to get off the bus and get on another. When she asked for an explanation they said it’s the bosses orders they don’t know and aren’t responsible. Then they stopped and pressured her (with a raised voice) she would hold up everybody and should just get off. She found herself alone with a strange man in an unmarked car, which didn’t seem to reach „the other bus“. When the driver started to make her responsible and shout at her (which I overheard since I was on the phone with her) she started crying and panicking and demanded to get off the car. The driver left her, came back a moment later, but she was already in panic mode and didn’t trust this person. All this happened...

We did the 3 day Amazon Manu Cultural Zone Tour. This was a great trip that was efficiently organized. Our guide Herman was very competent, informative, and helpful. He was very skilled in spotting animals and quickly setting up his spotting scope so that we can see the animals. We wouldn't have spotted the animals especially the birds and caymans without his help. The food was great and accommodations were made for one of our companions who was a vegetarian. My family was grouped with people doing the 4D tour and Herman arranged the activities so that we could maximize the experience and made sure that we had transportation and food on our way back to Cusco since he had to stay with the other people in our group. The accommodations and lodges were a bit basic but understandable since they were located in the jungle. There were beds, showers (cold) and functional toilets. I felt the bedsheets in the lodges could have been cleaner so it would be best if tourists will bring their own liners for additional peace of mind on hygiene. We felt very safe and well taken care of, and we saw a lot of interesting plants and animals. Thank you for this...
