TROVE Treasures and Brews — Restaurant in Panglao

I went in here on the 30th of September, and organised to buy a whole tiramisu cake for my girlfriend’s birthday on the 2nd of October. The lady who worked there was lovely and very helpful and said they could have it ready for the next day and even give me some candles for it too!

When I went back the next day the lady who took the order the day before said that she hadn’t told the chef, there was no birthday cake made and I could get one after the 3rd of October (a day too late!)

I literally had my girlfriend waiting outside (looking down the alley all confused at what I was doing) waiting for the big reveal and I had to walk back all embarrassed and empty handed 😂😂😂😂

You can see by other reviews this place is well loved and I'm sure the coffee and cake is lovely, but after some awful customer service, I think if you can’t do whole take away cake just tell the customer that as to not...

Amazingly kind and polite staff with smiles all around. Aiming to please your experience at their establishment. Lucky owner to have such talent at his/her company.

The coffees were divine. The iced and hot latte was creamy, and coffee'ish in flavor that we all know and love about cafe latte. It was a delight to savor them while enjoying the frigidly cold all around your body.

The mango cake is what I would recommend. It was not sweet, but had that rich mango taste. The icing was thin, exactly how we liked it.

The environment was serene and peaceful. It had that earthy wood environment.

They also accept credit card. This was a huge bonus since we dont carry cash and the exchange rate on the island is very, very poor.

we ordered hot vanilla coffee and iced ube latte with espresso shot and jackfruit icecream.

the ice cream is great with the right amout of sweetness. it taste like home made ice cream!

vanilla coffee is good and creamy. while the ube with espresso shot is yummy - there's this smooth transition of sweetness to coffee hint at the end, but it's not too bitter either.

the place is spacious and cozy. can do some work stuff here if needed. it's good place to sip and chill

coffee is not overprice compared to other coffee shop in the area. will try the cakes next time.
