If you value hot water, and prefer faeces not smothered over toilet seats... this is not the hotel for you. ||We've just returned from a 4 day trip, and I would 100% recommend that you never visit this place. ||Let's start with several flights of stairs to get the the hotel, the receptionist who was only capable of replying with 'I don't know' then attempted to get us to pay again as she claimed that we had not payed for the stay (which we 100% had). After a 10 minute debate we were allowed to then enter the room. ||No hot water, throughout the stay I haven't had a single experience of hot water, cold showers sadly aren't my favourite thing. The doors to the window wouldn't shut, so constant sunlight came through... great if you're trying to rest. ||The first night we came back to find that the shared men's bathrooms toilet seat was smothered in faeces, great when that's the only male toilet provided. ||||Should also probably mention throughout our stay there was a horrific smell through the lobby, which only got worse as time went on. Initially we thought it must have been down to plumbing (or maybe another horrible toilet tragedy) but instead on our last night we were greeted by what I assume are the hotel owners and a police officer. We were offered a room in another hotel, due to 'the smell' however we were leaving in the morning, should note that this wasn't offered to the other guests in our party, can only assume that there was a little bit more going on with the smell! ||Very little contact with staff, never seemed to be anyone around to answer questions or help in anyway. ||||On the hole.... just don't do it...

It is with deep regret that this is as far as my compliments can go. ||||Firstly, we were greeted by the receptionist who was also the cleaner. It transpired she was under qualified for either task. Very short and un-agreeable as a person and very dependant on the phrase 'i don't know'. Through the language barrier she tried to charge myself and the party I travelled with for the full cost of the stay despite overwhelming evidence from LateRooms.com and my bank statements illustrating my payment.||||The rooms could be improved from squalor to average with a lick of paint, regular cleaning/house keeping and plumbing. Unfortunately, and you can call me demanding, but for the price I expect running hot water. ||||Upon returning to the hotel the first evening, we were greeted by faecal matter smeared across the men's bathroom, not ideal when sharing a bathroom with no alternatives. Across the 4 day stay our room was only cleaned once. ||||There was a dank smell upon arrival which only got worse. It culminated with paramedics and police arriving; we can only assume there has been a murder.||||Will you enjoy your stay? I don't know, but...
