Very friendly service, good food and nice atmosphere in the middle of the side streets of Lisbon. We were invited into the restaurant by Hassan with a big smile as we walked by and felt very comfortable. We were well advised, got a non-alcoholic Mohito on request and learned a lot about Lisbon in conversation. We also had the opportunity to taste a typical almond brandy. Highly recommended. We ate twice and had a starter both times. The garlic bread and the Greek salad are both good to share. The pasta dishes are typically Italian in portion size and the pizzas are a good size for that. For dessert, we once had a piece of tiramisu that was unfortunately drowned in chocolate sauce. Everything tasted good, especially the peppers on the vegetariana were a dream. Our highlight, however, were the conversations with Hassan, who speaks 7 languages and left us with very pleasant memories of his positive attitude and sunny disposition. If we are ever in Lisbon again, we will definitely eat here again.

When trying to find some pizza on Rua Augusta we were struggling to find a well reviewed option. The reviews definitely are reflective in Pizzaria Tapas La Casa, the overall experience was excellent. The restaurant is one street off Rua Augusta and the interior of the restaurant is lovely. On the menu they don't have any vegan options but our server Hasan was very helpful and made me a Pizza with all the vegetables. This came out brilliantly and I would say could stand up against any vegan pizza I have eaten. All the food our table ordered was perfectly sized and very tasty. The service was top class, Madan and Hasan were a great team. Being super friendly and attentive throughout the service. Overall I would definitely recommend this spot especially if you are looking for some proper pizza 🍕

Worst restaurant in Lisbon DO NOT waste your time and calories here. Carbonara was meant to have pancetta, but it’s just turkey bacon. I confirmed a few times with the staff asking if they had freshly squeezed orange juice, only to be rudely challenged. I was clearly served concentrate and the staff jutted out his chin and raised his voice that it was fresh, Their tables are also shaky and when a couple beside us tried to help the staff stabilise the table, they were scolded instead to not move. [edit] we ordered octopus, carbonara, a beer and an orange juice. The octopus was CHEWY and tough, your jaw will HURT. Also, our plates wasn’t garnished like the other tables. At the end of the meal, we were sincere about giving feedback to the manager, but he took it so poorly. He GLARED at me and shouted: “if it’s not good, why did you finish the food”? We DID NOT finish the food because it was so bad. Tough and tasteless octopus and shitty pasta. He said we were the only one who found it bad. Look at the poor reviews. Manager who is not open to feedback and rude. When we were leaving, he stood at the door to shout at us. Worst experience in Lisbon. tourist trap.

When you go to a restaurant it’s all about food (obviously). So when i came to this place and looked at the Food Card i thought.. WOW the the portions on the Food Card looks great! The price also looked really good (considering the restaurant is in the centre of Lisabon). So i ordered a “Chicken Steak” For 12,90€ When my food arrived i couldn’t belive my eyes! The so called “Steak” was about the size of a piece of lemon i got for my salad. I was shocked and quite pissed! The fries were literally just a regular market fries put on a plate.. I also sat outside of the restaurant because it was about 25 degrees celsius. When i was eating my food (which took about 2 mins. at max) i was interupted by bunch of people on the street trying to sell me a pair of glasses. I am not saying this is the restaurants fault, just an explenation for why i gave a 1 star rating in the “Atmosphere” collum. The service was great, but the service cannot save the restaurant as a whole. My Overall rating is a 1 star. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR FOOD! Only if you are talkitive, dont care about the food, and you care more about the service part.

Absolute drama. Restaurant run by Asians. Only the waiters are Portuguese so you can be fooled. For lovers of soy sauce. You will get it on every dish. Tapas (2 types) something plus ... covered with soy sauce. Pizza is a glutinous cake with a kilogram of cheese, 6 slices of sausage and... ...covered with soy sauce. Overcooked pasta, a kilogram of cheese and... covered with soy sauce. If they cook their own home cooked food that would be great but they try to make pizzas and tapas and stuff. Save yourself, your friends or family the nerves. Find a place where Portuguese people sit, not tourists. Look in the kitchen and see who is cooking. I read the comments. Most very good. Probably trolls or bots. This day in Lisbon was not a good one because of that nasty dinner. Read bad comments. I know it now. There were warnings.

I chose this place for a family dinner based on the Google review but a bit disappointed. The dishes we ordered were overall below average. Pizza Margherita was nothing close to Italy, very chewy doughy more tasted like inexpensive American cheese pizza. I could tell linguini carbonara was not made from raw eggs+grated cheese but straight out of canned cream sauce. Shrimp gambas was a-okay with stingy amount of garlic and lack of flavor, tasted like overcooked chewy frozen shrimp. I ordered “a basket of bread” along with it which was 5 slices of infant palm size bread for €5. We only ate half of Greek salad, as the ingredients tasted like a combination of cheap grocery store items, especially feta cheese. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant to my friends or family if they plan to visit Lisbon.
