Malisa Villa Suites — Hotel in Karon

I really love Malisa!|First of all, the hotel service was truly exceptional! I arrived for check-in around 8 p.m., but due to an error on my part—the name on my passport did not match the name on the reservation—I was initially unable to check in. Fortunately, three front desk staff members provided thoughtful assistance and warm service. Since I had just landed in Phuket and hadn’t yet activated international roaming, and the Chinese customer service on Agoda was unreachable, the staff kindly contacted Agoda Thailand on my behalf and helped with the communication. Thanks to their help, I was eventually able to check in smoothly.||Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for their names. These three employees were on duty on the evening of July 31st, 2025, around 8 p.m. I sincerely hope the hotel management can check the shift records and reward them for their outstanding support. I’m truly grateful to them!||Housekeeping was also very professional. The private pool was cleaned daily. While some fallen leaves or insects are inevitable in a natural setting, the hotel clearly does its best to maintain excellent hygiene. Every day, staff members trim the plants in the public areas, and the air always carries a pleasant fragrance.||Every single staff member I encountered greeted me with a smile and kindness—everyone was incredibly friendly!||Secondly, the location is very convenient. While the hotel is right next to the lively Kata walking street, which is full of tourists, Malisa has clearly chosen a perfect spot that offers peace and quiet amidst the hustle and bustle. I could easily go out for food, yet still enjoy undisturbed rest during both day and night.||I was also pleasantly surprised by how few mosquitoes there were. This is likely due to the hotel’s centralized pest control measures. In a time when chikungunya fever is spreading, these efforts gave me great peace of mind. I occasionally saw small geckos on the outdoor walls, but I didn’t find them to be a bother at all—they didn’t disturb me and probably helped keep mosquito numbers down.||The breakfast was also delicate and delicious!||This was my first trip to Thailand and my first vacation in Phuket. Thank you, Malisa, for giving me such a perfect holiday experience! I wish your business continued success—and may the friendship between China and Thailand...

We have stayed at this incredible place from 22.12.24 up to 05.01.25. It was lucky for us to catch both 2 big holidays - Christmas and New Year celebrations. Location - perfect, very near to all top restaurants, markets, beach, main road. At the same time it is very quiet and excellent place to stay with kids or beloved ones, because no pedestrians traffic near, no road noise’s, no loud musics and fireworks mess during holidays. Personal/ Staff - this is most important part. From first minute you are feeling as you come to home and family destination. The main reason of that is the excellent staff, personal big thanks for Mr. Daniel, Mr. Bon, and Mrs. Manguo. These persons created very warm atmosphere every day, from small details like gifts preparing and congratulations to fast rapid reactions to any request in one minute! Housekeeping is nice, clean every day, restaurants staff hospital (hello to Mrs. Vam) and serve very well, gardeners (hello Mr. Un) are hard workers, Mr. Suo is very friend man with multiple tasking approach (driver, guide etc), thanks for him for organised excursion to Vat Chalong Temple. Accommodation is unbelievable. The Premier Villa which we were happy to obtain is a big area incidentally personal not small pool with crystal clear and cooling water, big kitchen area with all dishes and needed equipment and stuff. Big table, sofa and chaise lounges provided the atmosphere of privacy and tranquility. Big bedroom with all needed furniture and equipment, only AC system quite old, but acceptable. The bathroom also is not small, even has a big separate bath sink, 2 showers - outdoor and indoor. Small minuses - breakfasts after one week became monotonous and do not arouse desires to order food as at first days. Also mosquitoes availability but there is no minuses related to hotel side, nature issue. Hotel is providing a lot of anti-mosquitoes weapons, so after some time we were used to survive. In general my score 5/5, because i really want to return again to this hotel, and this wish is very rare come to me as per my rich hotels experience.
