I AM O’TEL Patong — Hotel in Patong

Loved our stay here!

It was a bit outside of the super busy central area so walked 10min to get to the centre but this was not an issue for us at all.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. They also advertise tours so you can conveniently book directly from the hotel. Also the lady pointed out the one we were looking at was exactly similar to another cheaper tour which we appreciated.

The rooms were very modern and so clean! We had just come from a hotel very central which needed some maintenance and this one gave me a great sense of calm during my stay as it was clean and the ladies that cleaned daily provide extra water, toilet paper and new towels if you want them.

Washing is also done here so if you hand it in the day it will be done the next day. Easy and convenient. It was 60 baht per kilo which we found to be fair.

I loved I am Otel Patong. I arrived to the hotel early, they let me use the pool and even check in early. On my last day they let me check out an hour late which was a huge help. Staff were very kind and helpful and very informative. Location is amazing, pool is super cute and the room is clean and full of all the amenities you would need. Close enough to the action so everything is just a walk away but far enough so you’re not up all night. My only concern was the smell from the bathroom but I’ve found that a lot of hotels have this issue in Thailand, that being said it was not that bad or distracting. I can't recommend this Hotel highly enough. It's situated just off the main street at Patong Beach, which is a short five minutes away on foot. The hotel also organized a shuttle for us from the airport. Our bill for a weeks stay was about €233 which was exceptional value. |We stayed on the top floor and the room was brilliant.
