Worst dining experience among entire Thailand! Still fuming just thinking about it. Their staff is about as welcoming as a wet blanket. I order the pineapple fried rice with chicken, but the rice came without chicken (attached pic)! I have to ask FIVE TIMES for them to add the chicken, and when they finally did, it's a whopping TWO PIECES. Meanwhile, I overhear another table complaining about their shrimp soup... with no shrimp!
But wait, it gets better! I specifically asked if they accept credit cards before I even sit down, and one guy says yes. But when it's time to pay, suddenly they don't accept cards? And the guy who said yes is all like "oh, I didn't know"? What's the point of even having him stand there to welcome us?
BUT, after I ask them THREE TIMES, magically a card machine appears! And of course, they charge me 5% instead of the standard 3% for using a card. It's like they're trying to nickel-and-dime me to death!
Apparently, this restaurant is an extension of their hotel, and it shows. They clearly don't care about the restaurant or its customers. Zero...
Read moreComing from a man with 15+ years fine dining (Canada) experience on both the service side, and the kitchen team, I can confidently say this restaurant is top notch. 3 of my formative years were spent working in my friends families Indian restaurant, and the curry dishes served here are 100% authentic, and if you want Indian hot, or Thai spicy, they can do it all for you. I spent my formative years in the culinary industry working in my best friends families Indian restaurant, the Taj Mahal, in St. John’s, Newfoundland. I learned a lot from the chefs they would import from India, and one thing I learned the best is good Indian food. And this place (the Lebanese flower) has it. I cannot wait to try the rest of their options and see how they do other flavours, although I’m positive it is going to be fantastic. 11/10. Service also amazing. Top notch in...
Read moreAvoid going to this place. This is not Lebanese food, it's Indian food with other international food as well. The hygiene there is not good, they got us a dirt table with some rice already there and didn't clean, the spoon was dirt as well, had to replace. About the food, the falafel pieces didn't have a decent size, one was smaller and the other a little bigger, no standard at all. Hommus salad was not like the picture and was below average. Chicken schnitzel was fried too much, almost burned as well as the french fries. The only good thing was the biryani rice. The Indian staff was super lazy and didn't take care of the place or the costumers, the only people there working were a boy and a lady that were doing a good job there. Price there is too high and quality is low. If you walk 50m on the street you'll find several better...
