SCAM! We booked months in advance and sent two emails prior , saying "Hi" we're excited to stay and a question about parking. I could tell that the host read them, but did not respond. Like all the others, two days prior to departing, they sent a message suggested a different location. I told them we did not want to move to a different location (due to prior reviews of the places they sent people to). He never sent another message or canceled my stay. I worked directly with AirBnB to receive a credit for my stay, since the host does not communicate. A side note, this is right in the middle of Preakness and multiple Conventions in town.Finding a new place to stay was extremely difficult and costly.
I would love to believe that the only message the host sent was true, but due to all the poor communication and reviews.... I think its a lie. Here's what he sent (just in case you receive the same message):

Read moreThe apartment itself was decent. I was here originally for a convention that was cancelled last minute. Luckily, there is plenty to do in Baltimore and the Chase apartments are located in a great spot in Inner Harbor - close to public transportation. The specific Airbnb (apt 3B) is right above a bar with little to no insulation and no curtains to block out noise/sunlight. There were minor problems -lightbulbs were out, vents/ceiling fans/bathroom fan were filthy, bedroom door didn't properly close but nothing significant. Lorraine, the direct contact for the Airbnb, was responsive and friendly. The purple line stop is right next door which can take you all and the city. I personally didn't use the people line (I used Uber) but have heard it's reliable and helpful to both natives...
Read moreThis company is bogus. Charged my husbands business account for a reservation in March. In between the booking and the actual reservation , his wallet was stolen. He received a notification to update his card information even though they were paid and were attempting to process they payment again. They cancelled his reservation which was for a business convention and they refused to work with him or even have the courtesy to speak to him. They blame Sprint for their lack of phone service. You will likely be scammed...
