Worst Costumer service ever!!we had a reservation here and we did not end up staying here because of their costumer service!I kindly asked for a refund and Cristina refused to give me any refund at all .I even got accused of knocking on PEOPLES DOORS!!!My 4 year old and wife needed to use the restroom so as soon as we got there I knocked on what appeared to be housekeeping since there was a laundry room where the towels were being washed and I get a message a few moments after saying “don’t knock on 50ths door!!I apologized and said I’m sorry thought it was housekeeping ..I didn’t know this person has her son living there .we continued to ask for a refund since I did tell her we did not feel comfortable staying there anymore and all she did was send me welcome texts.I said please stop sending me these texts as we stated we no longer want to stay there.She refused of course and kept my money!!As we looked around the grill was not clean at all!I can only imagine the inside!!Horrible Experience and we didn’t stay there!!Just based on how rude she was on the phone and her texts I don’t think anyone would want to stay...

BEWARE NO A/C *The cabins are very old and need of serious improvements. The shower is so old and dirty, especially the floor and the water constantly switches between hot and cold all of a sudden and it’s very frustrating. The kitchenette is only upgrade in the room and the full fridge. The sheets on the bed are stained and gross. The pillows are the worst and are as flat as pancakes. The benefit of the cabins are the proximity to the village which is nice. We stayed over the 4th July week as it would have been lovely to see the fireworks from the dock just steps from the cabins, but the owner or groundskeeper decided to throw a party for his friends and the dock all of sudden become “private property and off limits” even to PAYING CABIN GUESTS!! Unbelievable and poor customer service. We ended up leaving a day early and loosing money cause we couldn’t handle the poor conditions and deplorable hospitality. Look around, there are other...

It has a lot of potential but was really disappointing. The apartment was pretty run down and had dust all over the ceiling and walls. Gaps between the trim and door on the patio door were also very noticeable. One light fixture was missing a lightbulb and another was damaged. Among other things that were in need of repair or renovation. For the price I would expect a lot better of condition. The outside of the building was also kinda hammered and just needed repainted/stained in some spots.
