Thanks to Ambdi(something like that), this hotel ruined part of our vacation.
After driving for hours from Nashville with two crying babies and my sister and mom, we arrived at this hotel at 3:15 a.m., completely exhausted and desperate to rest. I had called earlier in the day to confirm we’d be arriving late, and they assured me there would be no issue checking in at any time. But once we arrived… the nightmare began.
The front desk employee —a guy named Ambdi, dark-skinned, wore glasses, looked Indian or something like that— was the absolute worst. Instead of helping us, he took on a sarcastic, dismissive attitude, acting like our presence was an inconvenience. He was arguing with the customer rather than offering any kind of solution.
He told us we couldn’t check in until 6:00 a.m. because of some ridiculous “hotel rule” that prevents room access between 3 and 6 a.m. I explained we had called ahead, we had two crying babies, and we were exhausted. He didn’t care at all. He mumbled, refused to speak up when I asked him to, and basically left us stranded like we were nobody. He said we were not going to find any room in any hotel due to the 3-6 am rule 🤣
The result? We had to go next door to a different hotel —where they treated us like actual human beings— pay for an extra night , barely sleep, and it completely ruined our next day at Disney.
And the most infuriating part? At 9:30 a.m. that same Ambdi magically gave me the room. So it was possible all along? What was it then — pure cruelty or total incompetence?
The manager the next day a hispanic girl was kind and helpful, but the damage was done. That man gave us an experience we’ll never forget — for all the wrong reasons.
Fire him. Train your staff. And know this: We will never...

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I checked into the first room, I was met with a strong, foul odor, no towels, and no working internet. The TV didn’t work either—of course, because there was no Wi-Fi connection.
I had no choice but to use the washer because my kids’ swimming clothes needed to be cleaned. I bought detergent from their vending machine (which was outrageously marked up—$7.50 for something that costs $1 at the dollar store), only to find out the washers smelled terrible and didn’t even work. Completely unacceptable.
The fridge in the room was filthy, and when I went to the front desk to ask for towels, they said they didn’t have any because they “needed to wash them.” Excuse me? How do you run a hotel with no clean towels available?
After all my complaints, they finally moved me to another room—and it was somehow even worse. This room had roaches, the fridge had stains again, no towels, non-working outlets, TV still not working, and the tub faucet barely had any water coming out of it at all. To top it all off, I broke out in hives after sleeping in their bed. I can’t even imagine what was on those sheets.
Every time I brought up an issue, the only solution offered was, “We can change your room.” At this point, it’s clear the problem isn’t just one bad room—the entire hotel is a nightmare. Do not waste your money or your time here. I wouldn’t wish this...
Read moreI booked as a budget hotel. I thought "oh, it can't be that bad." I was wrong. We arrived early after flying all night, and they checked us in no problem. When we found our room we were tired. So we passed out for an hour. When we came to, we noticed the problems. The door latch was loose and therefore not safe. There was mold hiding in the sink. Landlord special patch jobs on the walls. The shower literally sprayed more water from the handle than it did from the shower head. The floor has construction dust all over. We returned to the front desk. This time with a different person, but I didn't catch either ones name. He moved us to another room. Upon inspection, this one was also not cleaned, dirty floors, mold in the sink, ect. I returned to the front desk. I told him I was not satisfied with the rooms. He returned my deposit and politely let us go. I have received my refund from the deposit, but not yet from the choice hotels payment. I do not recommend this...
