Edit - Response To Owner:
Hi again — I appreciate the quick reply, though I have to be honest: this response came off just as dismissive as the experience I had during my second visit.
It lacked the professionalism and care I expected, especially considering the feedback I took the time to share. A vague, one-line acknowledgment doesn’t reflect the kind of customer service I experienced on my first visit — or the standard any reputable business should strive for.
The contrast between my two experiences, and now this response, unfortunately paints a larger picture of inconsistency. Respect, professionalism, and basic courtesy should be the norm, not the exception.
Wishing your team the clarity to recognize when something needs to be addressed — not brushed aside.

I had high hopes coming back to PayMore on Turkey Lake Road after a really great first experience. The first time I visited, I was helped by a professional and kind gentleman who made the entire transaction smooth and respectful. I sold a Google Pixel 9 that was locked to T-Mobile, and he gave me a fair offer with no hassle. That kind of service goes a long way — and it’s exactly why I returned.
Unfortunately, my second visit was the complete opposite. I came in with a 13-inch iPad Air M2 in pristine condition. The offer I received was so low it bordered on insulting — but what made it worse was the attitude. The woman assisting me spoke in an unnecessarily condescending tone that felt dismissive and unprofessional. The stark difference in treatment between the two visits was honestly shocking.
I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. It's unfortunate, because my first experience showed what this location can be — fair, respectful, and pleasant to work with. I sincerely hope the employee I encountered on my second visit was the exception and not the norm. Professionalism and consistency matter, and sadly, this time they...
Read moreI was excited to visit Pay More to learn about their services and see what trade-in options might be available for my devices, but unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience.
When I approached the counter, I asked the representative if he could provide a trade-in value for my tablet, as well as for a brand-new Microsoft keyboard and pencil (still sealed in the box). He gave me a value for the tablet but told me they don’t usually take accessories. I asked for clarification—specifically whether my items could be considered and what their actual policy is on buying accessories. Instead of giving me a clear answer, the representative was silent for long stretches, responded with uncertainty, and seemed unsure of even the basics of their process.
This lack of professionalism and poor communication made me feel very uneasy and ultimately led me to walk out without completing any transaction. I left feeling that I could not trust their service or the information being provided.
Overall, my experience at Pay More was disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is simply trying to trade in electronics or explore affordable options for devices. The service was unclear, unprofessional, and not at...
Read moreI stopped by the PayMore store on Turkey Lake Road to sell some electronics, and the experience couldn’t have gone better. Joel and Frank were both professional, honest, and super easy to work with. They took the time to check everything carefully and offered me a very fair price — way better than I expected.
What stood out most was how smooth and respectful the whole process was. No pressure, no games — just straightforward service and real people who know what they’re doing.
If you’re looking to sell your devices and want a fair deal with great customer service, ask for Joel and Frank. Highly recommend...
