I honestly don’t understand what’s the big hype behind this place and why it’s 4.8 stars..

I came in there and ordered a Beef shawarma for myself. The prices were very expensive anyways but I just felt like trying something different rather than going for my own personal options all the time.

The Beef Shawarma took a while which I don’t know why since we were the only customers there and that there was literally no one else besides us.

When I got my Beef Shawarma, The beef inside is always raw everytime I go to a Arab/Mediterranean place, Idk if it’s me as a Turkish-American but whenever I order a Beef Shawarma, The Beef is always hard to chew.

The Beef Shawarma were small-sized and cut into two pieces and with a side dish of fries which cost 23 dollars.. 🤦‍♂️

Due to my anxiety, I felt guilty saying something to them and I thought to myself “This will be the only time where I overspend.”

Guys, I swear 23 dollars for a Beef Shawarma is not worth it especially if the Beef is chewy as hell. And as I was paying for my order, The Arab Lady over there was holding the small screen for me in order to pay and as I was paying, The option to put a tip showed up and as that option came up, The Lady was Staring DEAD Down at the screen Being GREEDY AS HELL and acting like She wants me to put a Tip down so bad.. I felt uncomfortable with her face language and it’s not any of her business to stare down at the screen like that while a customer is paying his/her food in order to respect the customer’s privacy while he/she is paying.

Overall, A Terrible experience and experiences like these make me lose my hope in Mediterranean...

I’ve been craving authentic Mediterranean food, and when I heard about Rawsha, I couldn’t wait to check it out with my family. From the moment we walked in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff made us feel right at home. The restaurant was spotless, and the staff took the time to explain the menu. As we settled in, we decided to go for the mixed grills and a few appetizers, along with their signature lentil soup. And let me tell you — the moment the food arrived, it was an absolute game changer! The freshness of the ingredients hit us right away, and for the first time in a long time, the food felt authentic. It was like being transported back home. The salad was crisp and refreshing, the lentil soup was hearty and flavorful, and the mixed grills and the grilled chicken? Wow. The meat was cooked to perfection, tender, and packed with flavor and the garlic sauce was charry on top. Shoutout to the chef — they truly know how to deliver a great meal.

After we were finished, we had a lovely chat with the manager, who was kind enough to make sure everything was perfect. To top it all off, when the bill came, we noticed a few items had been taken off as a gesture of their hospitality. We were honestly blown away by the attention to detail and genuine care they showed us.

Without a doubt, Rawsha has earned a loyal customer in us. We’ll definitely be coming back for more of that incredible food and exceptional service. Thank you for making our dining experience...

When I was there, I ordered a chicken wrap (which one eats by hand) of some sort, when I bit into it I felt something hard on my teeth. It felt like I bit a rock. My friend and I told the waitress and she said it was impossible for a bone to be in their shredded chicken. The manager was not there so I had no one else to talk to about this.

After I got home, I could see that my right canine tooth had a chip in it. I returned to the restaurant a day or two later to talk to the manager, who was still not there. I called the next day and talked to the manager. I told him what had happened, he also said that was not possible for a bone to be in their shredded chicken, and this has never happened before. I said a chicken is made of meat and bones, and things like this can happen, of course. I would now have to go to my dentist and get my tooth fixed and it’s not cheap. He said there’s nothing he could do except offer me a free meal. Why would I want to come back and risk my teeth for a second time?

Seems to have a definite lack of customer service. Personally, I will never go back. I suggest you stay clear of this particular place, there are plenty of similar places to choose from in the area.

Also, having the staff offer free items only if customers leave a 5-star review on Google is appalling. Knowing they can't rely on honest reviews, given freely, they feel they need to buy them. How...
