We ended up having to book another hotel after trying to stay here for two nights (was supposed to stay here for 6 nights) - there are three windows in this room that are not fully sealed which means all the cars and partying at night in Waikiki can be heard from the room( we were on the 22nd floor and noise was still an issue esp during the weekends). The front desk people were rude, the shower curtain had mold on it, a cracked bathroom tile and rusting toilet plumbing (very weak water pressure so you have to flush multiple times). The worst thing was the placement of the ac is right where the couch is so it was not comfortable even sitting on the couch unless you enjoy having cold air blasting in your face nonstop. Hotel comes with nothing you have to buy your own soap shampoo for the week and laundry detergent. Tv didn’t work. The worst timeshare hotel I’ve stayed in hands down (stayed in two others one in Oahu and one in Maui). Our blanket also had a hole in it. Super outdated- the lobby smells like a mix of toilet and the most chemical cleaner ever. Elevators take a long time to arrive.

The good: you can’t beat the location, close to everything; free parking; free use of beach chairs; friendly staff; full kitchen; lanai; fast hot water; reasonably priced laundry room ($2 per load wash or dry); no persistent timeshare sales people calling us. The bad: very old rooms that require immediate renovation; the doors and windows don’t seal well, so very noisy; the AC was very loud; the gym was unusable as all the machines were not functioning properly and no free weights. Could use improvement, but not terrible: elevator sometimes takes longer for no apparent reason; rooms could be cleaner as I found a pair of nail scissors from previous guest laying around; could use better kitchen pots and pans. Due to its location, it was an okay stay. A word to the wise, take the rooms facing the canal as they are much quieter and has a nice view of the mountain and, of course, the canal.

Clean and quite the kitchen was a quilt with everything! Staff was very. Friendly and helpful when I lost my key. They had ceiling fans that I used more then air conditioner! The views are of midtown Hawaii are spectacular, Nordsrom Rack & Ross in next block. Your on the main Street all the bus route a stop at corner. At this location u have to walk through retail sites to get to the beach. I learned to Chris cros blocks southward to the veterans memorial. There's a walk way to the beach!

My husband & I stayed at this resort for a week. Our room was on the 22nd floor, a very very small studio. The location is ok but it is NOISEY! You can hear all the traffic, all the sirens & there are sirens EVERY night. We could also hear our neighbors across the hall from us. The room itself is very outdated. The bathroom was extremely small, the water pressure in the shower is very low. Upon check out which is at 10:00 am SHARP the cleaning lady was at our door at 9:55, She actually opened our door & waited for us to leave. That was weird & rude. Towels are washed & replaced on Monday & Wednesday so the rest of the week you don't get anything clean. The room does not get cleaned either. There are many many resorts to chose from, I would not...
