Albo Pizza Restaurant — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I'm in Las Vegas for the first time enjoying my honeymoon having the time of life the food,the people,the atmosphere ,everything until I ordered pizza from this place...my wife and I have been in Vegas since Sunday we've done some of everything and eaten some of everything Vegas has to offer and yesterday (Friday) we decided we were beat and was just going to hang out,relax and rejuvenate in our room for the night so what better delivery option than pizza. I originally wanted to order Palm Pizza because we were staying at the MGM Grand and one our neighbors ordered it and it looked great but we are now staying at the SLS and they don't deliver here and it was raining and I didn't want to take my young son out in the rain so we settled on Albo...I ordered our pizza at 9:03 pm the email confirmation I received stated 30-45 minute for delivery ...paid for the pizza,delivery fee and I even tipped beforehand ...ok so 45 minutes roll by now I'm getting antsy then my phone rings I'm assuming it's the delivery person down stairs nope it's albos pizza just calling to confirm my order....45 minutes later...45 minutes....15 minutes later I call back to see how much longer the wait the lady on the phone said they were running behind because of the weather and threw in a free two liter of sprite I'm a very understanding guy ok cool it's Vegas it's raining and the traffic is crazy understandable so she said I was the next order being delivered...15 minutes later my pizza arrives...here's where I had a problem...it already took an hour and a half to get the pizza(ordered at 9:03 delivered at 10:45)...the pizza was cold as ice and stiff as if it died and rigor mortis set in and you know hot pizza folds and bends..nope...it was also burnt and inedible for for my wife and son so we ended up spending another $60 for lyft and $50 for dinner ...this was very disappointing and I will find other pizza options from now on when I'm...

Back in 2015 we made the move to Las Vegas Nevada from Honolulu Hawaii. Our first home we lived in the Downtown area and we were craving for some really good pizza. In Hawaii there was a place called Boston’s Pizza located in a town called Aiea….at that time it was the best god damn pizza on the island! Mission for essential cravings, we Googled for pizza joints near our apartment and came across Albo Pizza with one of the higher ratings. Ordered for delivery and it has changed our diet plans for the next couple of months as we would end up eating Albo Pizza….Every. Fricken. Week. Fast forward to 2023 and where we have been living in the Summerlin area for the past 7 years, me and wife took a drive into the Las Vegas downtown area. Cruising down south Las Vegas blvd. while being restrained in the ongoing construction traffic in that area, we both looked to the right and see that Albo Pizza sign. I didn’t even have to say anything to my wife, as we pulled into their driveway and parked the car. Same lady is there who is the hostess, waitress/server and cashiers greeted us. We sit down at a corner booth and that nostalgic feeling of giddiness and in awe hits our souls reminiscing of those times when we first moved into Las Vegas.
