K'Alma Spa — Hotel in Miami Beach

I can only speak for the nail services and I highly advise you to NOT go here for a manicure and pedicure. It is a complete rip off. Everything sounds so nice in the menu, but the treatment itself was worse than basic. No massage (even though they say service includes reflexology ), no deep cleaning or any high quality scrub (the lady literally just threw a basic sponge in my foot water and then began scrubbing). My mother in law owns a spa so I know all of the products. There’s just no way these were high quality products as advertised. And there were 4 OPI color options total…. And the entire set up, from the super uncomfortable chairs to the lighting (the poor technicians couldn’t even see, and they were complaining while working on us…).

I feel bad for the staff because they were sweet, but the service was horrendous, overpriced (we paid $330 for two mani/pedis……..), and the description is a lie. Pictures attached to show ripped skin after the pedicure and poor job on the nails. I’m super disappointed because I was so excited to find a place for the “regular” and the photos + emphasis on energy healing is everything I vibed with. But the entire experience was shockingly...

This beautiful place goes beyond what I expected. It is not a regular spa, from the moment you arrive at this place you begin a moment of revelation and healing with yourself. The relaxation rooms have typical Peruvian decorations where they offer different relaxation teas. And if we talk about the massages, Victor did a very comforting and very professional job. I experienced a deep feeling of relaxation and serenity after receiving a massage with the Reiki technique. The therapist was incredibly skilled, attentive and gentle. It is true that the people who work here don’t know what problems we may have, or what situations we may be going through, but they do a beautiful job helping people spend a moment with themselves, giving you an oasis of beautiful and relaxing hours. Many thanks, especially to Millie, who made my experience exceptional. Her attention to detail and kindness were reflected in every moment I spent here. Thank you Millie for making this visit...

I had the opportunity to relax at K’Alma Spa today and I am so glad I did! I rarely get facials and usually go for a massage but today I went for the facial to change it up and try something new. Francesca my aesthetician was wonderful, she was compassionate, kind and gentle with my skin during the session and I immediately felt at ease in the room with her and her energy.

I also got a mani/pedi- it’s been probably 6 months since I’ve had one and it feels really nice to have hands and feet cared for again! Ela was my nail tech, she was very professional, kind and she did a great job, my hands and feet look beautiful!

What I love about the K’Alma Spa concept is the intention of kindness. There is healing energy everywhere in the spa from the crystals that are everywhere you look to the smudge sticks and organic products and oils they use for the treatments. We are mind, body and soul and this spa definitely intertwines all 3 to relax...
