Ocean Drive Studios Beach Front — Hotel in Miami Beach

Ocean Drive Studios Beach Front is a nightmare. The condos are individually owned and run by an indifferent management company. We had a nightmare stay and nobody is willing to take responsibility.

The attached video was recorded at 2:30AM and went from 1AM to 4AM right outside our door. It was so loud you could hardly talk. The video doesn't do it justice. Needless to say we didn't get much sleep.

The owner "can't be reached" and the management company "can't do anything" and even Travelocity can't get hold of them.

The room was not as described, I’m almost positive the reviews are fake. The room smelled of mold, the floors were filthy , the shower rod fell on my head as I tried to get out the shower, the host is rude and she knows the room is awful but yet continues to take peoples money, the bed has rust on it. The balcony furniture is broken. Awful experience Just don’t even do it. Oh and the elevator doesn’t work so you will have to carry your luggage up 3/5...

The host is unreachable. The customer service is a joke. Please, if you value your time and dignity, do not even think about renting...
