I am thrilled to share my experience taking Erin's classes. She has genuinely transformed my approach to fitness and well-being. From our very first session, it was clear that she is not just a trainer, but a coach and mentor dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals.
What sets Erin apart is her passion and ability to motivate her clients. She took the time to understand my fitness level, preferences, and challenges, creating a plan that made me feel both comfortable and motivated. Each session was thoughtfully designed, ensuring that I was constantly challenged yet supported throughout the process.
Erin's enthusiasm for fitness is truly contagious. She brings an energy to each session that keeps me engaged and excited about my progress. Her positive reinforcement and encouraging words have not only helped me push through tough workouts but have also significantly boosted my confidence. I find myself striving for goals I never thought possible, all thanks to her unwavering belief in my potential.
Since training with Erin. I've experienced remarkable progress, both physically and mentally. I feel stronger, more energetic, and empowered to take on new challenges in all areas of my life. Her dedication to clients and passion for fitness are truly inspiring and have transformed my outlook on health.
Overall, Title is great. The friendly staff take time to answer your questions, as well as show you proper technique before, during, and after sessions. Although Erin is the greatest in my book, each coach leads a fun and rewarding class. If you're looking for a gym with great music, flexible class offerings, stress reducing workouts, approachable and knowledgeable coaches, look no further than title boxing on Church...
Read moreProbably one of the most disorganized and poorly managed fitness businesses I’ve ever been to. I was doing boxing privates with Tyler (he was great) once a week, which has its own price separate from the gym, and randomly, out of the blue, they started charging me an extra $120 a month without my consent, without a contract, without literally anything, and with zero notice, so I didn’t notice it until about six months had passed. When I called the locations, I would routinely be put through to the church street location, which, at the time, said they were having phone problems (remember what I said about it being poorly managed and disorganized, what business doesn’t have working phones for a month?). That excuse didn’t even matter, as I emailed them multiple times and got no response, and finally, I just walked in there and asked to speak with someone and whoever I spoke to told me they would make sure to pay me back for the six months they’d been charging me by check in the mail. That never came. I called them once again, emailed, got no response, and went back in, and again I was told I’d get refunded for some of it to my account because they can only do refunds up to a certain amount, and then they’d send the rest in the mail. I got some of the refund, but I still got no check in the mail. I continued to call and pester them and I think I got a check eventually, but it wasn’t for the total amount, and eventually, after months, literal months, of this back and forth, I just gave up. They still owe me money to this day, and I’m honestly amazed they’re in business! Just make sure you check...
Read moreBuyer Beware PLEASE!!!!!! I signed on mid December 2018 and decided to leave the program ending of December 2018 due to my recent schedule. This company is a total rip off! I signed on thinking I was getting a month to month (once a week workout program) non-commitment program to quit whenever I please. WRONG! Got a call from the company representative about 2 weeks ago that it was a 3 month commitment before I can quit. So they can take my money freely for three months before they will let me go! Also, they intentionally signed me to any day week program which I did not sign. I told the representative I did not sign for a commitment or that program and she said she would call back. Guess what? Not surprising she never did. I should have seen the red signs when they didn't even give me contract paperwork but instead was telling me their rules and regulations only verbally. All other gyms give me contract paperwork and go over it. It is just their business tactic not to give you contract paperwork so it can be a he said she said and charge you whatever they please. Save your money and go to Planet Fitness or any other reputable sports gym that is legit and gives you contract paperwork. I give this gym a...
