The room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. At night the whole room smelled like weed, Iâm almost wondering if some isnât stashed in the heat vents in my room. Iâm posting this at 4:30am if thatâs any indication of how often you will be woken up feeling sick from the smell. Luckily my kids didnât notice, although I am worried about their exposure. You get charged if you request anything. To get onto the strip is a LONG walk through the property and if you go outside around the pool like they suggest it gets confusing, this ending in a longer walk. With 2 kids, one just barely too big for a stroller, this was not fantastic. The suites are large and have views. Iâm on the 33rd floor and can still hear the construction vehicles outside and additional road noise. The toilets donât flush well, the dishwasher isnât installed properly and wiggles a ton each time you open and close it. Fancy Bosch and Miele appliances. So to recap, biggest pluses: view, room size, upgraded appliances, clean. Biggest minuses: road noise at night, waking up multiple times a night feeling sick from weed smell, charging a service fee if you need towels or anything, and getting out of the hotel unless you drive. The valets are quick and great! I felt safe while there. I have not addressed any of these issues with the owners because I donât think the service industry should charge you additionally if you bring any concerns to them.    Read moreI have stayed there for a weekend and was very disappointed. The sink was clogged. I contacted them right away and they said they will send someone to fix it, but no one showed up. The next day I went down to front desk to let them know that the sink is clogged up and to send someone to fix it. Again they said âweâll send someone right awayâ. I was out all day. When I came back, again the sink was no where to have been fixed. Finally called them at night on Saturday to request a Sunday late check out, they said I would have to go through my 3 rd party âbookingâ and let them know. Or another way to give a late check out i; â theyâll send me a link to my phone right now which they did ( and thatâs why Iâm reviewing them too) and if I give them 5 stars for rooms, service and location they will let me do late check out. So I said âWHAT!! Youâre black mailing meâ, snd refused to give them any good reviews and shared with them the sink situation, and that no one showed up to fix it! Not only did they fail to provide me with my relieving letter or experience letter, but they also subjected their employees to a toxic environment filled with political maneuvering and backstabbing.
It's infuriating how they manipulate and mistreat their staff, only to discard them like trash once they've served their purpose.
Despite my loyalty and dedication, they had the audacity to blame me for things I never did.
This organization is nothing but a facade of superiority masking its shallow and deplorable inner workings.
